About
ART IN PARADISE (BANGKOK) Art in Paradise (Bangkok), the first "illusion" and three-dimensional museum in Bangkok, comprises six permanent exhibition zones with different concepts. Every painting was ranged from period or country themes, and there is also a great mix of traditional and new art. The museum is divided into two floors, over 2,500 square meters and 150 paintings that visitors can have fun and enjoy the new experience with interactive paintings. Paintings inside Art in Paradise (Bangkok) were drawn by 15 professional artists who initiated "3D" painting in Korea and Thailand, they had spent two and a half months painting the wall and floor by hand from emptiness filled to the perfection with specific techniques through the use of art in a way that Thailand never had before. Art in Paradise (Bangkok) welcomes you to experience the difference and feel the new touch of Arts. Art is in our life, Art in Paradise. Opening Hours: 10.00AM-10.00PM (Monday - Sunday)
Duration: 1-2 hours

This is a fun thing to do if you like to take photos. Our kids enjoy thoroughly all the art, especially with the AR apps that show moving pictures. Get your handphone fully charged and free space for pics and videos.

Good place but disgusting pricing ..they charge foreigners almost twice the price for entry than Asian or Thai looking people..this sort of scam is widespread at tourist attractions in Thailand and is insulting .I , along with many others, usually as a matter of principle do not enter but it was too late to let down the kids..the greed really left a sour taste knowing you were being ripped off based on your skin colour..another of the many examples that shame Thailand.

If you don't know where you and your family want to go in Bangkok, I want you'll go to Art in Paradise Bangkok because there have many 3D paintings. It's more colorful, more beautiful and more fun than I expect. You can take underground train (MRT) to Thailand Cultural Centre Station and go to exit 3 then turn right to Esplanade Artertainment Comple (4th floor) and you can see Art in Paradise Bangkok.

This is a brand new attraction in Bangkok. I first thought they had a 3-D Art Show in the MRT station 'Thai Cultural Center'. But then I discovered there was a whole new gallery just outside, at the top floor of Esplanade Shopping Center. I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I was simply blown away by this huge and unusual display of Art. All I can say is that this is not to be missed by all means. It will take you a minimum of an hour to enjoy all the beautiful pieces of Art in the gallery. The entrance fee is 300B (a bit high for Thailand, but honestly worth it a million times!). They also give you a 30% discount voucher for the in-house coffee-shop. You must leave your shoes at the vestiary and go through the visit barefoot. It is spotless clean and they have a special floor coat to enhance the 3-D effect.

First off, if you are travelling solo, don't come here. You can't do selfies at this place. It's best to come with a few friends who like snapping pictures, and who care about finding the perfect angle instead of just blindly clicking the shutter and passing the camera back to you.
I came with my mom and cousin, and let me tell you, it was so much fun that my mom totally let her inner child out (surprise!!) At first she was just standing there holding our bags while my cousin and I took pictures, but after a while she was posing herself and directing us where to stand and how to pose!
There are many scenes to shoot from, two levels of paintings, so do plan two hours for it. One would be too much rush. In fact towards the end we are a bit fatigue. But it was great to have an afternoon away from the steamy heat.
A few tips:
- This place is very conveniently located in a mall right by the MRT station, .
- no shoes inside. You are given a ticket when you drop off your shoes. Make sure your socks don't have holes!
- no drink inside. There is a coffee bar at the entrance. We asked the girl there if we can bring the drinks in but I suppose there was some language issue. Luckily at the entrance they offered to save the drinks inside their fridge for us.
- There are sample photos posted near the scenes to give clues how to pose.

This is one place where you shouldn't give it a miss. Initially I was not keen to go over, thinking that it is a boring place where some 3D arts are displayed. But the photo taking opportunities was simply just amazing. The loads of fun that I had with my girlfriend and friend posing creatively with arts and the effects it showed in the photos is excellent.
For the low entrance fee, you could enjoy yourself in this place for hours. Trust me, because I spent 4 hours in there for someone who was not keen to go initially.

It's an amazing place to visit while you are in Bangkok. Specially if you are travelling with family and kids, they will simply love it!!
There are around 150 paintings which will mesmerize you and you'll find no option but to be interact with each painting, take a snap and be a part of the paintings. Spending few hours there will feel like spending few seconds!!
Few tips on how to get there by BTS and MRT: Art in Paradise is located on the 4th floor of Esplanade Shopping Mall which is right beside the Thailand Cultural Center station in MRT line. Just take Exit 3 and you'll easily find the mall once you exit the station. If you are travelling through BTS, then change to MRT line in Asoke station, get off on Thailand Cultural Center station.

It is a huge museum with lot of art work around. If you are planning at least make sure to keep 5 hours for this visit, unless you will not be able to finish watching and taking pictures.
This is situated in espalande shopping mall which is kind of difficult to go from the BTS (Sky train). But this has a direct access from the MRT (sub way) station thailand cultural center.
If you feel hungry and looking for a Mac Donalds it is there in the first floor of the building

Why do you think tiered pricing is discriminatory? I appreciate the fact that they charge less to locals who are less likely to be able to afford this kind of attraction as it encourages people to engage i cultural activities. I understand you may not appreciate this and consider it a scam, but the sliding scale is appropriate for those who can afford to pay more.

Hi,
The Art In Paradise in Bangkok is situated at Esplanade shopping mall, 4th floor. You can easily take a Taxi there and buy the ticket when you are there. No need to buy online as the difference in price is not great. Best time to go is around 5pm and after taking all your pictures, you can visit the Train Night Market just behind this Shopping Mall. Night Market starts at 6pm.
