Don’t get scammed by the “10 baht tuk tuk tours” on Khao San, instead book book Tuk Tuk by night with Expique! We had Elena as our guide, and Mr Billy as our driver, they both ensured we ate delicious food (Still thinking about that jack fruit) and got to each destination safely. Getting to explore Wat Arun at night without the crowds was a spectacle. One word of advice, we ended up being late (Sorry) as we caught a grab to the start point, Bangkok traffic grinds to a halt at 6pm, get the sky train, grab bike or leave early, expect your grab to take x2 as long as the estimated time.
