This upscale shopping complex has high-end luxury brands and even fancy car showrooms under one roof. There is also a food hall and gourmet market, where you can find fresh-from-farm goods as well as an array of Thai and international food. Entertainment-wise, you’ll find the SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World, a mega cineplex, and Madame Tussauds Bangkok—great for adults and kids alike. - wanderslustSeoul, South Korea37 contributionsBest for shopping mallsIt is a world-class shopping mall, very comfortable, and the underground restaurant area is really great. I definitely recommend stopping by when you come to Bangkok. There are various photo zones at the entrance, making it a great place to leave memories.Visited June 2023Traveled soloWritten March 18, 2024
- Anna R3 contributionsVery coolVery big shopping Mal with regular events and a sea life, food floor, luxury shopping, co-working spaces and many many more. One of the biggest malls I've ever seen. The food and shopping options vary in selection. One thing that I didn't like about this place that it is easy to loose track of time and it's hard to find an actual exit, since it also has a nice inner open area with some waterfalls, but since malls are designed exactly for that it's the perfect place for luxurious shopaholics!Visited March 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten March 23, 2024

Located on the ground floor, it is divided into 3 different zones: Food Hall Food Court, Food Hall Gallery, and Food Hall Take Home. We can find a wide range of local and international dishes there. - Stay542864076191 contributionTraveling to SiamThat day was Saturday, we invited friends to go to Siam Paragon, where we took the bus and then continued on to the skytrain, which was our first time traveling with friends. We made an appointment at 9:00 a.m. and there were 5 of us going. Arriving at around 11 a.m., we walked around and encountered unfamiliar dressing and the chaos of Bangkok. We walked around until about 3 p.m. and then returned. We took the skytrain and then took two buses and sat close to our house. After all, it was raining and getting wet. But luckily, when the car stopped and the rain stopped, we reached home around 5:00 p.m.Visited May 2024Traveled with friendsWritten June 27, 2024

Huge tourist shopping mall with reasonably high prices, crowds of tourists but also with a large selection of wide-range as well as luxury brands. Besides shopping, there is a very decent food court where you can taste a huge amount of food from different cuisines of the world.
It also houses an oceanarium (but I recommend visiting it), as well as from Siam Paragon you can get to the Madame Tussauds wax museum (one time you should definitely go). For children there is a large play area, lots of entertainment, cinema, etc.
If there is a free day in Bangkok, it is perfectly possible to spend it in this mall.

Siam Paragon, a high-end shopping mall which opens daily from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm is connected to BTS Siam Station which is served by the Sukhumvit & Silom lines making it relatively easy for tourists like myself to travel to it.
Officially opened on 9 December 2005 with the highest private investment of USD460 million covering 21 acres, it is the 4th largest mall in Thailand & happens to be my favourite mall in Bangkok for good reason.
The Gourmet Market, located on the Ground Floor is the foremost reason! I enjoy buying groceries from it & sampling their promotional food. Their fresh produce & products are definitely fresh & tasty. Although quite steep in price, you can be assured of quality & taste. They also offer traditional Thailand products that are beautifully packed for tourists to bring back home.
Honestly, I have not explored the mall. However, I had visited its Gourmet Market & eateries on the Ground Floor, the Sealife Bangkok Ocean World on the Basement Floor & some boutiques on the above floors.
In previous years, I had the chance to visit Laduree, an authentic French restaurant. However, I had only bought their popular macarons. My travelling partner & I also had the privilege to visit the Harrods Café to have tea. Boots Pharmacy was a must as it reminded us of our olden days in London. And we caved in to our fast-food cravings at Burger King & enjoyed their fish burger as we didn’t know whether their beef & chicken burgers were halal certified.
I found out later that Siam Paragon has 8 floors. The Mezzanine Floor is home to all the international luxury brand names from clothing & bags to watches & jewellery. My favourite boutique, namely Prada is one of them. The 2nd floor is mainly covered by exclusive & supercar showrooms such as Bently, Porsche, Lamborghini & others. The 3rd floor features furniture shops & beauty salons while IT shops are located on the 4th floor. There is also a bowling alley, karaoke rooms & a multiplex cinema on the 5th floor. That will be our next destination in future. Thus, it is easy to see why Siam Paragon is a firm favourite of ours. It has everything under 1 roof. Most importantly, tourists are able to apply for a Tourist Card that can be used to obtain discounts in participating shops in Siam Paragon.
We will definitely visit Siam Paragon again & again when in Bangkok. It is a must-stop visit for us & you should not miss the opportunity to do so. Just be prepared to spend as it is not a place for you to haggle.

We went to this mall to find superrich currency exchange (best exchange rate in Bangkok) and to cool down with the air conditioning. There is a cafe next to Auntie Anne's (drinks and bagels) that serves lovely innovative drinks that I have never seen before. But the highlight for us was the dining area downstairs. The Thai street food was very well done. A wide variety of options. If you come here, be sure to spend some time browsing the food and try the mango sticky rice.

Luxury department store that oozes money. We all have different financial circumstances and I would like to say that this is NOT for any budget traveller. It is immediately apparent when you step into the entrance that the people who shop here are of high society status and have money. If you are used to shopping for well-known brands such as Gucci, Prada, Michael Kors, etc., this place is an eldorado.
Something I can really recommend is going to the cinema on the top floor. Watch a movie in IMAX format. A real experience

The shops are nice and branded. Want to eat or look for deesert..this is the place...from the many, just choose what you want to eat. There are supermarkets with very complete products. So I bought it again...
The outside of the mall is often used for events with local artists.

You can find everything: for any wallet. If you want an Italian item, please, but be kind enough to pay properly. In general, in the current difficult time for the Russian ruble, everything has become expensive. We ate a delicious meal on the ground floor, walked around and looked at people, which was also interesting. We cooled down a little inside, waiting out the summer heat of daytime Bangkok.

Siam Paragon has shops and items to please all tourists regardless of age and price, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Trust me when you say this is a great place. But that's not the only reason I like to visit there. At Siam Paragon's Millionaire Shopping, you can buy a bunch of expensive items in a variety of stores. Luxury supermarkets and outdoor foodcots are a must visit!

Our wallets were crying before we even entered. From luxury brands to local treasures, this place had it all. We played "guess the price" in the designer stores (spoiler: we were always off by a few zeros). The food court was a gastronomic adventure - we're pretty sure we accidentally ordered fertilized duck eggs. Oops! By the end, our feet were sore, but our hearts (and shopping bags) were full. 10/10 would shop-till-we-drop again!

I recently visited Siam Paragon Mall in Bangkok and was deeply disappointed by my experience. The service, or rather the lack of it, was the first major letdown. Staff members seemed more interested in their phones than in assisting customers. This lack of attention and care made it challenging to seek help or ask questions about products and services within the mall.
The food offerings were another downside. Not only were the prices exorbitantly high, but the quality of the food did not justify the cost. It was a frustrating experience to pay premium prices for mediocre meals.
Additionally, the overall ambiance of Siam Paragon was underwhelming. The mall had an air of emptiness, lacking the lively and welcoming vibe that one would expect from a premier shopping destination. This lack of energy contributed to a rather dull and uninspiring shopping experience.
Given these drawbacks, I would not recommend Siam Paragon Mall to anyone visiting Bangkok. Instead, consider going to ICONSIAM. From my experiences, ICONSIAM offers better service, more reasonable food prices, and a much more vibrant and engaging atmosphere. It's a far more enjoyable destination for both shopping and leisure.

Although Siam Paragon has been open for nearly two decades, it still maintains its status as a high-end department store, bringing together boutique brands and international chain stores from all over the world, as well as many well-known restaurants and a wide variety of food The street stalls are always crowded no matter what time you come here. Although there are many people, the store is large and still easy to browse without being too crowded. It is connected to the BTS Skytrain Station and the transportation is very convenient.

Hello, I am not sure of the particular discount vouchers You are referring to. Siam Paragon issue a Siam Paragon Privilege E Voucher which entitles the user to a 5% discount at all outlets within the complex.
You should be aware that any goods sold in Thailand and which are imported from other Countries carry a 60% import duty on clothing and luxury items hence anything Gucci and similar stores have on offer will be considerably more expensive than in U.K. There will
Also be 7% VAT to

Hi, I’ll be visiting the chatachuk market this weekend and I’ve heard of live animals being kept in horrific conditions. I’m extremely sensitive to animal cruelty. Can anyone tell me of a cheap market in Bangkok where no animals are sold?”
Written March 11, 2019
The Chatuchak Weekend Market is a huge outdoor market. It would take the whole two days to explore the whole market. I have not been there for a number of years now. The few times I was there I don’t remember seeing live animals being caged ready for sale.
There are other markets that have sprung up besides Chatuchak. However, it is still the best due to its size in that it’s able to offer a myriad of choices and varieties.
For comfortable shopping in malls, MBK is the better option as generally the offerings made by the traders there are comparatively cheaper to other malls.
Siam Paragon is marketed as a higher end shopping mall, whose trading offerings and brands are similar to any cities in the world.
