This is a smallish, so-so mall of the Central chain. Accordingly, the place is kept at about 27*C with 90% humidity - this is not a refuge from steamy Thai heat. A pro of this mall is ample seating, especially on the 3rd floor. It is also newer and much cleaner than MBK, but still has lots of independent mobile phone/electronics vendors for those wanting knock off, one-time use accessories. There is a export clothing shop (floor 2) for those needing larger sized clothing. The layout is not horrible.
A con is all the real shops are chain stores, including the restaurants. EmQuartier and IKONSIAM offer more, more unique and better options. The ground floor does have a food court. This is really more a mall of convenience if one happens to already be close by. If searching for something harder to find or in demand, skip this mall; they are almost certainly out if they carry the item at all.

I'm on business trip and stay in Sathon area, luckily there was this mall, so can find anything in here like food, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

The mall is ideally located and depending on what you are looking for, it can be a gem. Food is available, public transport not far and the place is clean. Recommended for family with children.

I went there to attend an event but totally missed it. NO thanks to my Grab driver for taking the longer route!! 😠😡🤬 I ended up spending my time in the food area around Top grocery. I really loved the French bakery and their best seller chocolate bread!

Close and convenient to our hotel, Chatrium Residence Sathon, this newly renovated & modern mall is very popular with the locals. There is a wide selection of shops and plenty of food outlets from fast food to cafes to local food court to high end restaurants. Tops Supermarket in the basement.

Visited here during Songkran. We love all the Central Plazas for the entire family (elders, kids, grandkids). Such a variety of stores and selections. And restaurants for every kind of taste bud. Walked here from the hotel. Kinda hard to find info though, online. Did not know there was a cinema until we got there.

I have been the Central Plaza Rama 3 in the past. Although, I have always enjoyed going there, it felt old and dark.
Since the renovations, it feels like a new mall. It feels more inviting and bright. The shops seem to be the same ones before.
You have a large selection of stores to chose from. There is a floor dedicated to restaurants and well as the lower floor that includes some restaurants as well as a Tops Market. You can also find all the major banks there as well. If you’re tired of shopping or eating, you can enjoy the cineplex there.
It is not the most convenient mall to get to by transit though. It makes it up by offering free parking. That’s a big advantage compared to other malls. Central Plaza Rama 3 now offers free parking all day, no matter how much you spend or if you even purchased anything.
I would highly recommend going to the newly renovated Central Plaza Rama 3. You will surely enjoy your time there.

It was ok. There's a supermarket, pharmacy and Starbucks. No halal food though. Lots of mobile shops and Korean restaurants.

Not too big, but big enough. The Central department store is full of sparkle and eye candy. Prices a bit high. There are many restaurants. All this is refreshing. However, the food court upstairs is crowded with a busy atmosphere. Food was also average even by food court standards. That won't keep me away for a future visit, though. Great place overall!
