The food was good and the views were awesome. Quite an experience if you are visiting Bangkok. The viewing gallery rotates 360 degrees and the entire city can be seen from there.

It was an enjoyable 2-night stay and mini holiday in Bangkok. Check in at Baiyoke Sky Tower was made easy by the friendly and Professional assistance of Kannika, Lilly and Wannakorn the front desk. A great way to get the holiday started. Over all, the entire stay at Baiyoke Sky Tower went well! Thank you!

Went to dinner at the Sky Tower Hotel. Went to the 19th floor to sign in and then up to the 84th floor for drinks. Great view from the 84th floor. Would be better if the windows were clean. Dinner at Al Baiyoke Sky Hotel. The buffet dinner went all the way around the floor, with seating by the windows. Timed dinners at 5 pm, 6:30 pm and 8 pm. Cost 978.50 THB per person. Fantastic offering of appetizers, entrees and desserts. No reason to go home hungry. Dinner was on the 78th floor.

Had dinner in the 81st floor Bangkok balcony which if you don’t know is one of the 4 areas on that floor where you can have dinner outside, and what a view. Service was great and if you have booked the outside VIP area then be aware it’s food a plenty. There is 11 courses on the menu and you just select your mains everything else in the menu you get given so it’s well worth the 3000THB To have dinner with that view and great fresh made food. I have pictures of the menu so you can see what you get. Also the drinks are very good value as well with a beer or cocktail only 150THB and soft drink 60THB. So it’s a must in Bangkok and opens at 5pm so if a clear night you will get a good sunset.

Visited this place on 10th March, 5 pm, wanted to have a nice "sunset over Bangkok" experience, but in fact it was a very empty and sad place and left no wish to be there. Feels like waste of time and money.
The 360° platform is under reconstruction, not rotating. It is closed overhead, you can observe the city through security grid - feels like you are in a cage. This was the most dissapointing.
The sky bar on 83rd floor resembles a fancy discoclub from the 90s in a post-soviet republic (if you can imagine what I mean), which was kept as it is for past 20 years. It looks worn and outdated everywhere. Some windows are yellowish and faded, dusty. Followed by club music it left a very strange timetravel and deja vu feeling. Don't trust advertising photos.
Still the staff at the bar is very polite and neat. Non-alcoholic coctails were good.
The ticket is 400TBH, which includes a drink and some popcorn. Optional - 490THB and a fruit plate (?).

There is a small exhibition on 77th floor and a fast food canteen on floor 76. The floating market (no idea what it is) on 75th floor is closed.

Maybe we came too early and later in the evening this place wouldn't be so sad. But still it feels like a waste of time and money.

So we bought the tickets through the Kook app at Rs 1300/ person (<20 USD) . This included a buffet with one of the best views in Bangkok, ticket to the observatory on 77th floor and the awesome revolving deck on the 84th floor.

The food was ok but go for the experience. Buy the ticket beforehand to avoid the queues.
