Great mall - everything you need

Stayed nearby this mall in Bangkok while traveling for work. Very easy to get to with lots of great shopping and food.

Inside the central store itself, they have a street food market with great pad Thai and other options.

All the name brands you want within the mall along with every food type option in the various restaurants.

I came here almost every night after work during a 2-week trip and still didn’t see everything.

For those looking for a slice of western comforts, there are a couple Starbucks and a Prime burger restaurant with burgers and fries and an Apple store immediately outside.

There are also a few places where you can get very inexpensive massages.

It’s located in quick walking distance from the train.

Highly recommend.

A joyful dream

One of the great experiences is the outside part where you get to eat and drink some of the amazing food and support locals. What I loved about it the Royal project garden with excellent product yet very economical prices. The top floor with watts and two more shops next to it is a real competition to boots and other flashy names. But if you come to Thailand you really need to check out some of the great automatically branded and good quality. You will find them in fashion mall ,bags ,cloth, accessories and many only made in Thailand not China. The world center is very great for high end food and other variety but certainly not for authentic brands. Remember every thing comes with a cost. Look for hidden treasures mine was the herbs shop and the festive blooming flowers scattered every where.

Must visit!

CentralWorld is a must-visit for my family and me when we visit Bangkok. It has got everything - shopping, cinema, F&B, banks and money changers.

The building layout is traditional since it has been around for a long time. Credit to the building management for making lots of effort to refresh the interior and keep the mix of stores updated.

Other malls have more interesting interior layouts like Central Embassy, Emquartier and Iconsiam for sure. However when it comes to the mix of shopping and F&B options, I do think CentralWorld is no.1.

The bonus is that their Christmas decorations are always top-notch so it is always a nice for us to visit during Decembers.

One of the coolest shopping center in the area

One of the coolest shopping center with huge variety in the heart of Bangkok. It’s located across the street from big C and superrich headquarters (one of the best money changer in Thailand).. The shops are beautifully presented.. There’s something for everyone! For upscale brands to handmade crafts to electronics.. They have farmers market that sells beautifully presented vegetables and a food court that actually tastes better and in better pricing than the Bangkok street market just outside the mall..

Best shopping mall in BKK

Personally my favourite shopping mall in Bangkok. There’s even an ice skating rink if you’re keen enough! Levels 5 & 6 are your restaurants, also Level 6 has SF World Cinema if you wanna check out a movie (theatres are top quality). Tickets are super cheap, they have the first class cinemas though I wouldn’t recommend them; the standard or premium seats are luxurious enough and more than adequate. An easy 5 mins walk from Chitlom BTS.

All your big name clothing stores are here; adidas, Nike, Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, The Suit Company, etc.

great shopping center

This was my favorite shopping mall. Although the prices are a bit different and higher than what you imagine from Bangkok, you can buy some lovely goods. The mall is relatively large and has many good cafes and restaurants. It is located next to Siam Square where there are a very, very large number of different shopping malls. So if you do not manage to buy your favorite here, do not worry, Bangkok is the dream city of shopping center! There are still more !! 😜😜

News Years Eve Crowded but a wonderful experience at Central World

The Fireworks display is 4 minutes of heavenly beauty.
Get there early to get a good place to see everything as is gets very busy and very crowded with lots of people.
It is better than the English London Carnival in August.
The entertainment is wonderful lots of live bands, free giveaways, dancing and making lots of new friends.
Central World shopping on New years day has the biggest sales ever and can be compared to New York style shopping where everyone goes crazy with excitement with the prices and things on offer.
Central world is like a big beautiful wonderful shopping planet with a lovely hotel, cinema , bowling alley an lots more besides.
It is like another planet (joke) it is a must see.
The main roads around it are also wonderful to see and great bargains are to be had going there also.

I call it the lost shopping experience which is great.

CentralWorld was probably the biggest shopping centre I visited during my four days in Bangkok. Quite modern and with everything you might want to buy, especially the brand names, it was easy to get lost in it's vastness. It is handily located near a rail station.

Best mall in Bangkok along with Terminal 21. It's got everything and because it's huge it's never crowded. I love walking and it provides me with miles of exercise without the oppressive heat and the crazy traffic of the streets of Bangkok. I love the central department store, their womenswear selection is great quality and not over the top expensive. The shoes floor has a superb selection and the lingerie floor is also a must visit. The japanese bookshop on the upper floor of the mall is spectacular. The food court on the top floor is superb and there are many restaurants and cafes for scooby snacks and more. There are lots of the usual international brands and also the better quality Thai ones like jaspal, lyn, cps, charles and keith etc... It depends what you are after really... If you want quality at mid price level you will love it.

Lots of good, traditional eats for cheap in this CentralWorld food court on Level 7, representing a variety of flavors and styles from across Thailand. Had good boat noodles. Also very nice Northern Thai appetizer plate.
