MBT were recommended to us by our friends and we were not disappointed, communication with MBT was seamless, swift response via email from Pat (thank you) we did 2 x tours with MBT one in the city covering Temples, Grand Palace, river trip and it was great our guide Tanya was fantastic, charming and very informative, our second trip was a 3 day 2 night trip to locations further north, which included a trip up the river Kwai, bathing with elephants, the tiger temple and the site of hell fire pass to name but a few locations. The location of the bridge made famous by the great film 'Bridge over the River Kwai' an absolute must see location, extremely humbling and very informative, my already high respect for what those brave men from all nationalities went through during the construction of the infamous railway sky rocketed and I would recommend visiting the site as a must see location in Thailand, if you need a decent, no nonsense and well priced tour guide while in Thailand I would have no hesitation in recommending MBT, great service - thank you.

Pat is always very quick and reliable in the bookings via email. We booked a transport from DMK airport from them the day before our arrival, and their staff was punctual and waiting for us with a sign at arrivals.

We also booked a half-day tour to the Maeklong railway market and Tha Kha floating market with them. Our guide, Tanya, and the driver, were very courteous and punctual. Tanya showed us a lot of snacks that she likes and we tried a lot of different street foods. The paddle boat tour at Tha Kha was relaxing and fun. Although Tanya is a bit quiet compared to the guides I've met in other tour companies, she still does a good job and answered all our questions that we raised. In the end, they offered to drop us off at a restaurant that we wished to go to instead of our hotel, which was very nice.

Excellent value for day tours compared to the other companies that I've researched. Recommended!

We had two full days in Bangkok and took a private half day tour of Bangkok which visited the main temples and Royal Palace. On the second day we took a full day tour to the Bridge on the River Kwai. Our guide was excellent; well-informed and very pleasant. The cars were very comfortable and provided water and cold towels.

Different experience second time around.
I booked a tour, paid the deposit as requested but the guide did not show up this morning. No notification, nothing, very poor service.
I had used this company for two small group tours (friends and family) a couple of years ago and they were great, that is why I used them this time. Not sure what the problem is, but they may not be as good now as they used to be!

I had 3 spare days in Bangkok so I wanted to see the sights and have a break from business. The first day I did the Grand Palace and Temples, Canal tour with Ya. She was very nice and spoke very good English. Her knowledge of the area was awesome. Although someone stole my shoes from one temple the day was fantastic and Ya made it fun too. The next day I did the River Kwai and Hell Fire Pass tour with Tania. Again she was fantastic and the tour was awesome. In fact these guys made my days so much fun I asked them to do a tour that wasn't on their list but they were more than happy to do it. It was to the Siriraj medical museum (an amazing place). The best 3 days of my trip. From the prompt replies by Pat at the booking time via their website to the great job by our private driver who dropped us off and picked us up at each stop making the whole day so easy and smooth, welcoming us back to the car each time with a cold water and face washer. very highly recommend this company! Thank you Ya and Tania. I will definitely be back and if you see my shoes let me know (haha).

This was a very well organised tour. An easy booking process and the guide and driver were waiting for me at the designated time. It was the little things throughout the day that made this pleasurable - a clean comfortable car, cold water and cold refresher towels waiting when you got in the car after each stop. The guide Tanya and the driver were very friendly. Tour stops were a reminder of war and Tanya was knowledgable of the history and sites. Included lunch was tasty.

I spent a lot of time hunting for a half day tour to see the Grand Palace and main buddhist temples in Bangkok and chose to go with My Bangkok tours because the reviews are all excellent and the price was very reasonable for pick up and driving in an air conditioned car to all the sites, water provided, a private guide and entry to all the sites. Our guide Tanya spoke excellent English and was very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and think we absolutely made the right choice with My Bangkok tours. After walking around in the Bangkok heat, being picked up by a private air conditioned car with cold water and refreshing wet towels felt amazing. We can't recommend it highly enough as a great way to see the sites.

I booked a tour that included:
-Thailand-Burma Railway Centre - highly recommend - high quality museum
- Hellfire Pass Memorial Museum highly recommend - very high quality museum
- walk down into Konyu cutting - part of this section of the walkway at Hellfire Pass was closed due to rock slides from previous heavy rains. This meant walking down another part of the trail - much steeper stairs (MANY stairs) to get to the memorial site. It was worth it to me as I wanted to see the memorial site - this would have been very challenging for one who struggles with stairs - it also added a lot of time to the stop as I really went down into the cutting twice - worth it to me - might not be for everyone so pays to ask in advance if there are any path closures
- World War II and JEATH War Museum by the bridge on the river Kwai - the museums really aren't worth it - you can pass and you haven't missed a thing
- I walked along the bridge and enjoyed the experience of that
- Don Rak Cemetery - very well maintained and very moving
- lunch at a Thai restaurant in Kanchanaburi - simple but delicious

I was picked up where I was staying, at the scheduled time (start early as it is a distance and it will get HOT - you want to complete your activity in the morning). Bring mosquito spray and even though it is hot - you need to cover your skin. There were signs warning of Dengue at Hellfire Pass when I was there - so be prepared to take mosquito precautions.

I would recommend this operator - good English, easy to arrange, pleasant to spend the day with
