If you're a backpacker or someone who doesn't wear suits, these guys will deliver clothes you're happy with, if you're a more discerning customer, avoid! Used 'em twice, got subpar results each time. In the 1st instance my dress shirts were about an inch too short, and had poor handiwork and detailing: loose frayed threads, no evidence of craftsmanship or care in the design of the collar, cuff or seams (the hallmark of a good shirt). Their dress trousers started to lose shape and come apart after a year. Used them a 2nd time in Aug 2019: unhappy with the results again; gave me old fashioned point collars in all my shirts when I had clearly asked for a spread on one and a cutaway on another. Also charged me to ship my clothes to the US and forgot to mail me my pants (that I had brought in for alterations). Sloppy and careless. A warning sign is that they never have tailors take measurement or do fittings; all they do is measure and farm out the work.

Had many shirts made by this tailor establishment. Fantastic service, friendly, polite and top quality. Any special wishes( colors, button hole colors, initials etc) always executed to perfection. 1400 bath for a great shirt. Highly recommended!

I was recently in Bangkok on business and asked another person I was traveling with who always gets shirts made where he goes. He said visit Gulati and I'm glad I did. I always have problems buying shirts off the rack and recently started getting custom shirts made. I have a 18.5 inch neck 35/36 arms so a lot of times the shirts are designed assuming I weigh 350 pounds which I don't and I lift weights so the fit is never right. I don't have a lot of money so when I walked in I was nervous what the costs could be because it is a nice store and you are greeted as soon as you walk in; you feel like a VIP. There was a ton of fabric and swatches and I was under a time constraint as I would only be there for 3 days. They we incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and I flew out with 3 shirts and a sport coat. My only regret was I didn't buy more shirts, but now I know for next time. While i was there I received a tattoo and the ink bled onto a shirt i was trying on for my fitting. They took the shirt and I got it back good as new the next day when I picked everything up. There are a bunch of places as you walk down the street but keep walking and go to Gulati, it is absolutely worth it. Thank you Gulati, the shirts and jacket are dead on.
