Neighborhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

Visiting the spa in February, all of their facilities seemed to be fully open. We loved how authentically Japanese the onsen is. The facilities are modern and elegantly minimalist. The onsen pools and bathing area are exceptional. And our masseuses (we tried four different people) were in a class of their own. In a country dedicated to the art of massage, our practioners there were the cream of the crop. We loved wearing the yukatas around the property after our treatments. The cafe offered really colorful, healthful food--it was a treat browsing the menu. Although somewhat expensive compared to typical Thai prices, we ended up feeling like everything was reasonable considering our exceptional experience. We went two days in a row and are considering going back again. If we lived in Bangkok, we'd absolutely buy their yearly onsen passes.

Beautiful facilities and the baths were great. Not crowded, service was ok.

Steam and sauna closed, which is kind of weird cuz you have to show proof of double vaccination. So why does it need to be closed?

I guess my biggest gripe is actually small but for me significant. Upon entry they give you one small bottle of warm water. No place to refill anywhere, and when I went to ask for another bottle they refused. For an establishment meant to dehydrate you they should have responsibility to rehydrate. So be sure to bring a big bottle of water with you to stay healthy. It may be a little thing but when you are spending 500 baht to use their partially opened services you would expect at least unlimited free water. Or at least give a customer one extra bottle that cost them like 3 baht. Often times its these small things that determine whether it is a return customer or not. It will make me think twice whether i return or not. Oops!

These guys sell you discount vouchers then don’t open the onsen. We visited again today to use a voucher we purchased but the main onsen is closed! Why even open the doors. Both male and female onsen closed. Waste of a journey and time. They didn’t even offer a discount or make this known on social media.

It is somewhat confusing as to where you go and what you do. We went naked, Japanese ladies didn't. Some baths at 44 degrees too hot for us. The garden area is lovely, great to sit and dry off in the buff!

The body scrub was awesome! Worth going for that alone. The massage a bit more hit and niss, she kept putting pressure on my knees, despite being told not to.

Giggled lots!

I had a fantastic Thai massage and enjoyed bathing. However, the crowd at New Year should have been better managed. What is the point of having an appointment if one arrives and is given a number (18 people before me? Really?). After 20 minutes of waiting I rushed through bathing to get to massage on time. After the massage the baths were filled with even more people than before. Management hopefully will take another look at how they preserve the customer's experience.

I was super excited about this Japanese Onsen and spa since I live in the US. After I enter this place as a first visitor, no one told me what to do first, and of course I asked a guy at the reception and he wasn’t very nice. There’s no direction or any info, what else I can do? Did I bother you?
Even a lady at the shoe place was rude. I thought I’m a customer... why you were so mad at me?
Finally, the guy at the reception, again, I asked about the spa, and he told me a different info, “only 2 hrs massage available today” , so I say “no thank you“, and he goes like “ 1 hr is okay then”. Eh?
So people here had trained like just say “madam” and every thing is gonna be okay? I didn’t ask the Japanese hospitality; just be normal at least.
I’m so disappointed. Feel like I just wasted my time. I thought Thai people are nice.
I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!

This was my first experience of an Onsen! Being South African it was a little intimidating to have to get completely naked and be given just a small towel to hides one’s modesty. One is naked whilst in the baths and then you use the small towel to hide your modesty whilst moving from 1 bath to another. However as everyone was naked, you get used to it very quickly. It was nice to see a pretty young crowd all using the Onsen baths!

The baths were fantastic! Everything from hot, cold, mineral rich, bubbles etc as well as a sauna and steam room available.

Then we had a couples aromatherapy massage afterwards which were fantastic! It was wonderful to be given the option of a male or female therapist and so we both chose male.

I highly rate this experience and recommend you give it a try.

I loved it so much I made a second booking for the the last day I am here in Bangkok.

My flight was scheduled at 19:20. So I decided to stay there for the whole afternoon. I check out from my hotel and went straight there at around 11:30. My wife and I walked in to book 2 hours aromatherapy massage. We had lunch in the Japanese restaurant too. It was nice. The therapist was good and we enjoyed the massage. But bathing was not good there as the water was too weak.

The environment was very welcoming. The counter staff was patient and friendly. Introduced me the place, where to go, what to do, etc. The food there was amazing, you gotta try it! Enjoyed my me time in the different bath. I chose a 2hr thai massage with hot compress. The masseuse was very professional. The pressure given was on point. I really enjoyed my time there and will be back again.
