I had the pleasure of visiting Bangkok and Chiang Mai as part of a large group tour with the University of Southern California. While the visits in Bangkok were organized by the school, I was very excited to hear that Phil would continue as our guide in Chiang Mai. We spent 2 days with Phil. On the first day, he took us to several stunning temples as he shared the history and beautiful significance of each visit. For lunch, he took us to a small local restaurant where we had the most delicious Khao Soi! I’m obsessed!! On the second day, he drove us to our elephant sanctuary tour and took such good care of us. At pick up, he brought us Thai Iced Tea - such a treat. On the third day, Phil and his driver took us to the airport. On the way, he stopped at a local market so that we could buy the paste to make Khao Soi at home - so nice of him! We had such an incredible time in Chiang Mai thanks to Phil. We will be back!

Linda was amazing! We learned a lot about the history and culture of Thailand whilst visiting the temples. Additionally, the monk chat was super interesting and fun; learned about Buddhism and their daily lives. Finally, the massage was perfect. Fully recommend this tour!

In case you have just one day for a tour in Bangkok, they are perfect choice! Grand Palace and few temples, tuk-tuk and boat rides, local food - they were able to fit it all into just one day and keep the group of approx 30 people together. Memories for lifetime guaranteed!

What a wonderful day we had with our tour guide, Bill and our driver, Jamlong.
Bill is a friendly, organized and conscientious guide. He contacted us in the morning to make sure we didn't oversleep for our 6:45 am pick up. He and Jamlong were waiting for us in our lobby and we set off for the day right on time. Our day was full, but he kept us moving without rushing or being pushy.
He speaks English very well so it was easy to understand him as he shared some history about Thailand and its trains and canals. He also took great photos of us that we can share on social media.
I highly recommend you take this tour. Ask for Bill.

We did a day tour around the palace and the temples around it.
Do not hesitate to make this visit, we had a great time.
I found the price high, but it was worth every Baths paid.
our guide (Ah) punctuated the visit with fascinating anecdotes between 2 historical explanations of the different places visited.
During the trip, he told us the history of the districts crossed and their position in the city.
The trip by local transport (train, bus, metro) was very comfortable and our guide picked us up and brought us back to our hotel lobby.
Do not hesitate to make this visit, we had a great time.

K. Eng organized this great weekend for me and my friends (with two teenagers to keep busy). The places she showed us were beautiful (amazing Erawan waterfalls!), with access to local attractions (rafting on the river) and food was always very tasty.
I recommend you to visit places with her and discover places appreciated not only by foreigners but by Thai as well!

It was an amazing experience and well worth the money! Everything was taken care of and Eng was very helpful and accommodating with changing my tours last minute. All the activities were fun, interesting, and above all everything was perfectly planned and was everything I was looking for. It was safe, timely and I got to meet some incredible people on the tours! I highly recommend taking this tour! I went Solo but it was well worth it. My tour encompassed a day with the elephants ( best day of my life), white river rafting, tubing down the river seeing elephants and water buffalos, seeing the white temple, the golden triangle, cooking classes, museums, etc.

Had a really nice Tour with my Guide, Aom.
I was the first time in Bangkok and she showed me the best sights and also the various possibilities for traveling (Boat, Train, taxi/tuktuk and bus).
Communication worked fine altough my English is not the best one.
Short... i would it again and really can recomment it. Fair price and good service. Thank to Aom.

I participated the Boat ride, hidden community and fun lunch tour which is a half day trip. I had a great experience with nice sunny weather and well organized arrangement. Even though some restaurants and cafes were closed due to Covid, boat riding journey had enough time for both taking pictures and sightseeing. Strongly recommend!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The train market & floating market were unlike anything I have ever experienced. Alice was the best tour guide, she bought us so many foods to try. She was kind, knowledgeable, and our drive was very safe. Don’t hesitate to book this tour!

Hi -
From seeing the picture of the elephants carrying chairs and people I have concerns.
Are you dealing with companies that still practice these abusive treatments of the elephants? The elephant's spine is not strong, and many of them in sanctuaries have holes carved into their backs from years of this abusive treatment.
Their necks are strong - where a mahout rides, but their backs are not strong enough to carry seats and people. The only reason they do it is because they've been beaten into submission with sharp 'training' tools that are used to stab their quite sensitive skin.
I hope you'll consider doing business with animal attractions that have humane practices toward the animals. You can feel better about your business by treating Thailand's majestic elephant with ethical treatment and raise the standard of tours designed around this beautiful, intelligent creature.
Please don't give your business to animal tours that promote abuse. They will change their practices if enough tour guides raise their standards of what companies they'll do business with.

We were never offered any elephant rides. The tour was solely based in Bangkok where there are no elephant rides that we saw . We too are against elephant rides.

It's a full day tour which lasts about 8 hours. There were 5 of us and each person cost 2,900 Baht. They would pick up and drop of at your hotel.

On all three of our trips to Bangkok our flights arrived very late at night, right around midnight (at BKK). Each time LJ Biz . . . had arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and deliver us to our hotel. I believe they can arrange just about any transportation that you might need.
Taxis in the area are generally reasonable,although our experience with dispatchers at the airport were a little strange, in that we actually conducted a three-way negotiation for the fare to a hotel while we were in transit during our travels.
