The area
Address
Neighborhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
How to get there

This is a fantastic spa in Thong Lor area not far from center of Bangkok. I really enjoyed every second of my spa treatments. A really rejuvenating experience that I highly recommend to everyone to try.

We first discovered this hidden gem in 2009 – thanks to Trip Advisor. We visited Faces Bar at the end of our 2009 trip and I regretted not going earlier so that we could visit many times in the same trip! Returning to Faces bar was an absolute must on our last trip to Bangkok in June 2012. In fact – it was the first thing we did right after we checked-into the hotel. And it was just as good as we remembered it. The staff were very welcoming and warm. The location is very easy to find – take bts to thong lor and walk down soi 38. It will be on your left hand side. The treatment started with a foot bath and then we had individual teak huts for our treatments. I did a salt scrub and a massage. It was DIVINE. Excellent therapist. Totally relaxing. And I love that afterwards we can continue to relax in their restaurant or lounge. It’s so quiet and peaceful there during the day. Went to three other spas on this trip- and I was sorry that I didn’t just stick to Faces. I highly recommend Faces Bar and will definitely be returning on our next trip for multiple treatments.

Beautiful, quiet, tranquil property for a mid day couples massage. Quality massage, kind staff. Couldn't have been more perfect, and we'll definitely return!

i have tried many different places for spa & massage in bangkok over the years. i have to say this is one of the best massage i've ever had.
i tried Wat Pho & sports massage 1 hour each, the massager's skills are excellent. i can instantly feel that my tightened muscles are all loosen up after the massage
it does not have fancy stuff in most other spa places, like milky bath in rose patels, or nice dessert after the spa. but if you only want good quality massage this is the place to go.
the place is designed in the most primitive way with wooden houses as spa rooms, and water ponds and plants surrounding the place. i felt like i m having massage in Changmai or Samui but its actually in heart of bangkok.
Price is a bit expensive but definitely worth it!
