Located on a large plaza in front of the Central World shopping mall, the shrine is dedicated to the Holy trinity of Hinduism - the creator (Brahma), the preserver (Vishnu) and the destroyer (Shiva). The small shrine is located close to the Ganesha shrine and has a golden statue of the diety under a small Thai style canopy. The statue is placed on a raised pedestal and it is believed that praying here will help you find true love. There are shops selling incense, flower garlands and candles nearby for offering to the diety.

This shrine dedicated to the God of Love stands in open square next to Central World Plaza opposite Big C. We were there during lunch time and there were not many worshipers around. There were two kiosks selling incense and other prayer items in front of the shrine.

Our group of travel buddies were staying at the hotel nearby and passed by this shrine often. One time, a group of us decided to pray there but for me I just sit one side and observed.

There were two small shops selling joss sticks and flowers offerings right in front of the shrine. Don’t really know how much they paid for it.

Personally, it’s just a place of worship for locals and tourists alike located outside a big shopping mall. Interestingly you can find a number of these shrines around Bangkok.

Trimurti Shrine (Shrine of Love):
The Trimurti Shrine was built in 1989 on a raised platform in the busy business district at Ratchaprasong junction in downtown Bangkok at the corner of the Central World Plaza, (former World Trade Centre), just in front of famous Erawan Shrine across the road. Trimurti refers to three most important Hindu Gods i.e. Brahma the creator, Vishnu the sustainer and Siva the destroyer. It is believed that those who pray here for true love will have their dreams fulfilled. Worshippers are mostly local who normally come in the evenings to make their offerings of garlands and joss sticks. On every Thursday night around 9.30 pm, lovelorn Thais of all ages make a beeline for this shrine to place red roses and light red candles in their quest for love.

The time to visit on Thursday evening is 9.30 PM. The God of love Trimurti is said to visit to grant the wishes of those seeking a partner. He demands an offering of 9 red roses and nine joss sticks.
Also quite busy during the day.
Opposite Big C next to Central World and the Ganesha Shrine.

This is a relatively small shrine dedicated to Trimurti the Hindu god. It is also known as the Bangkok Lovers shrine. It is adorned in flowers and people visit regularly. Its position outside the Central World shopping centre is rather unusual but there is a marble bench opposite where you can sit and see the world go by, especially thinking that just behind you is probably one of the largest traffic jams in the world.

It's one of the land mark at Pathunam shopping area. Actually there are 2 Hindu temples. The thin one is god temple for lovers and remain big one for success. I saw many young girls pray with flowers for their lovers.
