The area
Neighborhood: Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.

I was given a gift voucher for a 90 minute relaxing aromatherapy massage. Easily walkable from BTS Surasak. Lovely calm, green location. Attentive staff on arrival and comprehensively asked questions about massage preferences which were adhered to. Luxurious massage room facilities. Not quite enough oil was used during massage. Personal preference - I wish water was always offered alongside the array of teas produced before and after massages in Thailand as many of them are too sweet. Lovely fruit dish served afterwards. Expensive but worth the step up from your local massage place for the occasional treat.

A cup of good tasting cold tea when we arrived. The first impression of the place is very good and the building itself is a very nice old one. Reminds you of a typical house from the colonial times. We were not booked in advance but they managed to squeeze us in after 20 mins. My daughter took a Super Vit C Anti-oxidative Facial and I took a 90 min. Aromatic Relaxing Massage. Performed in a great looking room, by a fit and professional masseuse. I have had all kinds of massages in at least 30+ countries and this one was the best so far.
We then got a pineapple-banana boat and a very good and warm lemon tea with honey when we checked out.
The price was also better than many other places in the area. Highly recommended!

I was trying to book divine spa but they were fully booked so I tried virtue and managed to secure a booking at 830 sat night 3 days in advance.
On the phone they mentioned I can have a 2 hour session no problem but on the night when i arrived they can only offered me a session of scrub and massage for 1 hour 40 min.
The ingredients they used were all organic and natural, I like them but there's not much drive to buy their products out from the shelves due to poor packaging and lack of enthusiasm of staff to explain the product questions I have while waiting for my session.
They have served me a cold tea but they took it away before I have finished it...I guess they are all in the rush to finish the night.
The massage lady was very professional on her techniques and services even though she cant speak english well. I enjoyed my scrub and massage a lot. She was also quite honest in keeping the time as it should be for 1 hour 40 min. I have had experience with hotel spa they mostly work under the hours they promised you.
I was the last customers for the night so when I finished they served me mango and sticky rice on the side and a cup of tea. I requested the receptionist to order me a taxi while finishing my refreshment. He tried and said no taxi available or have to wait, I said thats fine, he was a bit reluctant to wait and suggested me to take metro instead, I refused. So he tried again and managed to call me a taxi, the rest of the staff started to shut down the light, stopped the background, ready to close. That wasnt the best experience I have to say for that part. I think if I return I may try their other branch and certainly wouldnt book for the last session before they are hurry to close.

We made a reservation for 2 by mail. They confirmed a reservation for 3 person and
asked for our credit card number because it is required for booking from 3 persons or more.
We tried to get a correction of our reservation and sent 3 mails to achieve that.
Instead of correcting their mistakes they did not even bother to answer.

Unfortunately that kind of incorrect and ignorant customer communication is the rule nowadays
in Thailand.
This is caused by assistants that are not bothered to realize customer needs correctly and use prefabricated
sentence components for their e-mail replies without understanding what they actually write.
If they feel overchallenged by further queries they simply ignore the clients mails.
What a poor and ridiculous way to handle customer demands!

I had Intensive Facial Recovery and Aromatic Relaxing Massage. This spa offers very cosy atomasphere and is located in a quiet area of Silom, just a short walk from the closest BTS station. I was welcomed by friendly receptionists with warm hospitality. When I informed them I have an allergic and sensitive skin during the counseling, they helped me to choose a facial treatment which suits me. Once the treatment started, the therapist often made sure if everything was okay with me. Also it seemed like she was aware that Japanese are very sensitive to cold. The temparature of the room was set just fine and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The skill of the therapist and the quality of the product they use were very high as well. After the treatment, I felt the positive result right away. Smooth and moistured skin was obtaind. It has become my favorite spa in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Divana day spa is the best place to rest your body and mind away from the busy life in Bangkok.

The spa is beautifully decorated with a pretty garden. The therapists are professional and have lots of experience to provide you perfect treatment.

I have been there several times and highly recommended this spa to all.

We were warmly welcomed and served with ice-cold drinks while looking up the treatment menu and then choosing the aromatic massage oil to be used. I picked the anti-aging rose oil and my husband had the relaxing lemongrass oil. We went for the 120 min. aromatic relaxing massage. The masseurs were experienced and we enjoyed very moment being pampered.

My friend found this spa online and booked it around a week in advanced.
We had a reservation at 6pm and got there at around 5:10pm, very early... They r so fully booked that we couldn't enjoy our spa earlier but that's okay, we spent some times taking pics and enjoying their nice lemongrass cold drink on our arrivals.
Then staff came and confirmed out booking, there are many different types of spa and I chose "tribute to massage lovers", I think that's the name. It's about THB $3500 after a discount (with our coupon), that's a three hours long massage.
The staff showed us different flavor of scrubs and massage oil, I chose the berry scrub beside green tea / olive. And I chose a minty and grassy smell of oil, there are three more different types of oil but I can't remember more.

Two of my other friends ordered another spa and massage so I went into a separate room, after I got into the room. They let me have around 5mins to have a shower and changed to a rope. Then the whole massage was:

1. Soaked my feet into a warm water with thick salt( some big chunky salt like thing), and scrubbed my legs gently.

2. Scrubbed my whole body with berry scrub that I chose.

3. Shower time

4. Hot lemongrass drink and banana with honey and vanilla syrup on top.

5. Aroma oil massage for two hours!

6. Shower

Book some more higher programs than your plan. If it is not you'd better go somewhere else cheaper than here.
