Neighborhood: Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.

The spa shop is like a oasis in the city, I feel calm when being there. All staff are friendly and helpful, the masseuse is very skilled, after 90 mins aromatic massage I feel so relax on physical and mental way.
Highly recommended.

Divana Spa is absolutely amazing.

We called at around 5pm and they agreed to take us in at 7pm. At 11.30pm we walked out feeling pampered and relaxed as never before.

Me and my partner came to Bangkok after a week on an island. After sunbathing, snorkeling and cold water showers we needed some pampering. We chose the spa because it wasn't far from the hotel and because of its reviews here, on TripAdvisor. We couldn't have chosen better.

After we came in we were shown the menu the receptionist spent about half an hour asking us about our preferences and guiding us though their amazing selection of packages. There was something for everyone. The average price for a package is about 4000-5000THB. There are cheaper and more expensive ones too and you can choose treatments separately, not only as a package.

We both took packages with scrub, massage, and facials. We were taken to the couple room. The place is amazing, Water running, wooden floors, flowers - everything is made to relax you straight away. There were robes, shower caps and spa underwear ready for us.

First it was a foot soak, then quick light cleansing, steam room, scrub, shower, massage, facial. I fell asleep and don't remember much of the facial. Perfect relaxing music, very quiet, not the irritating you sometimes get. The ladies made sure to ask a few minutes into the massage if the pressure was right - my partner asked for it to be a bit softer, I asked for a bit harder. They adjusted and it was just perfect after that. They definitely knew what they were doing.

I have never felt better afterwards! Totally worth the money.

My friends and I decided to go for Divana Divine Spa after we read the article on Thai Massage on CNNGO.

We did an online booking on a Friday 9pm five days before but either they are very popular or their services are just exclusive that they can only cater to a small group of people at any time, because the only available slot they had was 11am in the morning - and we had to rearrange our itinerary to make that happen. Their online booking service is not that fantastic - i.e. they usually revert back after they close, at about 12 midnight or 1am, and they made a mistake in the timing when confirming our booking.

However, the actual day experience really exceeded our expectations. Hidden in Thonglor Soi 17, the exterior looked like a retreat out of nowhere, and despite us being late for the appointment, they showed us into the place warmly, and provided cool towels and nice cold tea to settle us down and to prepare the rooms and get masseuses on standby.

Most of us did the 2-hr Thai Massage with Herbal Compress. One did the Aromatherapy Massage and was given a range of aromatherapy oils to choose from for the massage.

The massage, for me, was pretty fantastic. I went into the massage with quite a bad cough but at the end of the massage my cough had stopped. The masseuse was really quite good in her skills to be able to press the right places and make my throat feel better.

After the massage, we took a shower with their Lavender Shampoo and Shower Gel which felt so comforting that i bought a couple of bottles back to Singapore. They also had fruits (dragonfruit and bananas dipped in honey) and hot lemongrass tea prepared for us.

It was really quite a well-thought out experience, from arrival to departure (they even called us a cab back to our hotel) - I will definitely be back again.

There is one small area of improvement though - that is, if they ask customers for areas to focus during the massage, they should make sure it is done. Otherwise, they shouldn't have asked in the first place.

I would not recommend this to any foreigners or expats living in Bangkok or even the Thais.
Service I received was totally unacceptable for a place like this.
Price they charge are comparable to the spas in hotels but the service is no where near.
Staff was ignorant and they ruined my evening.
I spend a lot per year on spas and treatments and this will be the last time I step into ANY DIVANA spa ever.
there are much much better alternatives available in Bangkok for godsakes !!!

I came here with my friend's recommendations.

The goods:
- excellent products and I couldn't resist buying some of the products after rmy spa treatment
- the technique of my massage therapist was good

The bads:
- Air conditioning too cold throughout the spa. Despite I have asked them to tune it down a bit, I was still chilled all the way...
- The massage bed i got was without any neck or head support. They only offered a rolled tower for your head/neck which makes my neck quite tired after the few hours of spa
- COCKCROACHES walking in the massage room! I was really shocked especially when you are almost naked!
- My 4 hour spa treatment came with a light meal. The taste of the food was quite decent, however, they have left the food under the strong air-conditioning during my finish bath. When I got to the food, everything was very cold. They should have kept it in other areas or served it only when I attended the dining area.
- The price was okay given the products' quality but the hardware need some improvements

I may consider revisit other branches of this brand next time when I came to bangkok

Remarks:
- do make reservations
- Must print out the discount coupon get the complimentary product

We online booked directly with Divana Dive Spa and then purchased voucher via Klook. The staff is responsive and they offer other timeslot if your requested time is full. They woud arrange tuk tuk to pick you up from Thong Lo Station which is great as it is pretty far away from the BTS.

We ordered the Organic Spa Perfection (190 mins) which include steam, body scrub, mud , oil massage and milky bath. i would say the lotion and scrub they use are nice, i particular like the mango one. The staff were helpful and kind and i love the body scrub so much. There were 2 times of tea in between and the milky bath was superb. The room was big and it's comfortable.

However, the overall experience is a bit rush, coz the treatment are have to finish within the prescribed time. Yet, the masseuses were good.

I visited the Divana Devine Spa with my wife in December 2016 for a couple’s massage. We chose the “Organic aromatic massage” for 90 minutes. My impressions are mixed, since I feel the need to split my opinion into two parts.
The first part, the one concerning my overall impression and the quality of service as a whole including the ambiance, is very impressive. I loved the way they promptly reply to your emails and the fact that almost all of the (female) staff speaks English and can communicate with ease. I also enjoyed the option for a free transfer service from (and to) the BTS or their meeting point at Emquartier. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention they give you when you arrive, the herbal tea and of course the focus on the areas which we needed the therapists to work more. Contraindications and a basic health questionnaire was omitted though and this is one of the reasons I cannot award them with 5 stars.
For the second part of my impressions, I will focus on the actual service we went there in the first place, which is the massage treatment itself. According to my professional opinion (massage is my field of expertise), I believe it was a bit above average. On the other hand, perhaps the treatment which we chose was a basic treatment and their other modalities have more to offer. But still, for the published price of 1.650 THB I expected it to be more complete and rich in techniques. Areas of the body were avoided or not given the necessary attention, such us the upper trapezius muscles and the neck area. Many superficial effleurage techniques were being repeated over and over again, but most importantly I disagree using massage couches without breathing holes. When one must work on a guest’s upper back (and apply the necessary pressure), it is very vital that the neck is aligned with the rest of the spine and that the head rests comfortably on a crescent shaped soft pillow and not on conventional (somewhat harder than usual) pillows or folded towels. I got a stiff neck at the end and I wasn’t surprised at all. I highly recommend them to give it a second thought and use couches with breathing holes, it will make a whole lot of difference and skyrocket the quality of their performance.
After one month in Thailand and about a dozen of massage sessions, Divana Divine Spa caught my attention and earned my respect as a wellness provider. I wish I was there now, trying another treatment or two.

We tried the spa through a recommendation and were not disappointed. The spa was relaxating and of good value . Having tried several spa including in 5 star hotels this was similar but at a third of the price. The little pineapple and banana supplied on finishing was a nice gesture as well.

I love Bangkok and usually visit every once or twice a year. I would give this place a 3 out of 5, because from the price like a 5 stars hotel, the envrionment in the room, the facilies should be a lot better.. the therapists are just fair... i would definitely go for another one with that price!
