It's a department store with many restaurants and many different types of products. The prices are not expensive. I came here to buy souvenirs and got a lot of things to take back. Not disappointed at all. Come here. Convenient transportation with BTS and subway.

I don’t care for shopping other than briefly but this place makes it a pleasure. It is huge, so manages well with heavy footfall. The food stall section is quite amazing, with many Asian delicacies available. The food shops are also specialist. The whole place has a good feel and is worth a visit even for the most avid anti-shopper.

I happened to decide to go to Terminal 21 because of the bad weather. It is a nice place to shop and eat and spend leisure time. They have designed every floor according to a theme based in specific city like Paris, Rome etc. Though it didn't exactly fit the themes, nontheless the design and amenities are good. There was a street food market also on at the time and it was fun to explore local food in a comfortable setting. Good place to go if you want a lot under one roof.

There is a lot of shopping here. I wish there were more places to sit down. I did use the luggage holding area so I could walk around freely. The food court on the top floor is cheap and I also enjoyed the conveyor sushi restaurant.

I'm glad it is still here. After checking in early AM at my hotel on my first day I headed straight here to sort myself out for my trip the next day to the in laws. New phone sim plan, Thai food snacks, lunch, some other bits and bobs. Have already recommended it to a work colleague who is visiting Bangkok for the first time with his family in a couple of months, plenty of restaurants upstairs.

This fun spot has just about everything you need. A whole floor dedicated to clothes, and I easily found breezy cotton pants and a sleeved shirt to wear to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. Make sure to check out the food court on the bottom level. From dim sum to biryani, it's got everything. Best of all, it's adjacent to 2 train lines, so it's easy to get to.

Great mall, lots of shops, easy to get too. The reason we loved it so much was the food court, it’s brilliant. Top floor lots of clean street food vendors selling all Asian foods, 70bht for a curry So cheap So clean Better than most restaurants.

Like most things in Bangkok, for first time visitors the Terminal 21 complex is impressive. Directly opposite the Asok Railway Station the access is immediate. The directions to the centre are easy, or just follow the crowds. Once inside, the aircon is a relief, lots of shops to see and visit. There is also a range of smaller more traditional shops, more like one person affairs. There are lifts and escalators to move one between floors. We used the escalators to travel up then the lift to return to the main floor to exit to the rail station. Everyone is polite and helpful, perhaps only the shoppers and tourists one should be wary off. Still great place to visit.

Used to be the best shopping mall experience in Thailand. Now been taken over by Emquartier. The shopping experience has gone down as most of the time level shops have turned into a bucket shop like wholesale shopping experience with many small shops, the experience is less thrilling than what used to be at the time when it first opened. Its location is excellent with direct access to Asok BTS and a Grand Centre point o. Top of the mall. Lots of eateries…..

I visit this shopping centre a lot whenever I'm in Bangkok as it's so close to Asok, Sukhumvit and Nana Stations. The levels are themed by country/continents and my favourite is is the Japan level for all the fun statues dotted around the concourse. There is a good mix of international and mid-level brand. There's also a lot of budget shops as well, more than I remember from 10 years back.
