Their service was really fast despite the rush hour. They paid full attention to everything I said and my clothes turned out amazing. Here, they pay special attention to their reputation and take care of their customers as if they were their own. You'll most definitely will always feel welcomed here while getting the best service. The price here was also really cheap. It's relatively cheap compared to the customer service and the quality of garments I got. I was in Bangkok over the new year period, and visited the Nordic Bespoke shop. I had read good reviews about their craftsmanship and wanted to get a custom suit made for our upcoming Silver Wedding Anniversary. Raj showed us various options and helped me choose the right colours for the suit and the linen shirt. In addition to the suit I also got 3 shirts, 2 sports jackets and 6 trousers. In spite of the closures during the New Year period, Raj and his team came over to my hotel room for a tryout, and promised that all the items would be delivered by the last week of January. True to his word, I received all the suits, trousers and shirts in the last week of January. However, one of the shirts (the one that I wanted to wear for the function) was a bit tight. I contacted Raj over the phone and told him about the issue, and he promised to send me a replacement shirt. Even though Raj no longer had the same linen cloth at his shop, he went out and procured the same cloth from another shop and stitched the shirt and mailed it to me within 1 week. I received the new shirt 3 days before my anniversary party and it was an excellent fit. Everyone complemented me on the quality and fit of suit and shirt. What distinguishes a good product from an exceptional product ? In my opinion, it's the after-sales service. In this regard Nordic Bespoke is probably the 'Apple' standard. A huge thanks to Raj and his team for their craftsmanship and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Raj and Nordic Tailor to anyone looking to get custom stitching done in Bangkok.
