I had gone on the Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise during my holidays in Bangkok in December 2019. I had booked tickets through Klook at discounted price of 2000 Indian Rupees while ticket price at the counter was 1500 baht. We went to River City shopping complex and collected our tickets from the cruise counter here before boarding the cruise. We were allocated table on the upper deck from where we got excellent views of the temples and landmarks along the banks of the Chao Phraya river. International buffet had lot of different options like sushi, noddle, pasta, fried rice, fish, chicken, prawns items along with fresh fruits and dessert. We enjoyed the view of the beautifully decorated Wat Arun and other temples from our seats. Passengers were kept entertained by foot tapping live music on board.

They have set us on prow, last table. During our trip we were disturbed by many people around us, the staff did notice or help us, no second free from the hassle. I complained at the end to a manager because simply we were on a boat and won't any mutiny against us. The staff just not seem to care about. I have contacted the company to ask the money back and they just care about the 🤑🤑 money. No replacement or money back, they sad we are the guilt for just desiring to be on our table alone. That day was my, birthday@! Bad company ever. Not care about people at all or their customer. Guys, there are many other available.

Dear Mekakil, Thank you very much for your comments. As mentioned before in previous emails that since we are a buffet setting restaurant, guests are able to walk around freely since it is not a private room/area. In the case of private area which we used to have before where guests will book out that whole area so they can have the whole space to themselves. On your cruising day, this wasn’t the case and the cruise was only 40% capacity full and we are more than happy to help assist on changing seats for you. Moreover, in your case we did sent pictures of the table via line prior your booking to show that your requested table is right next to the dance floor area. Furthermore, this seat is always the first spot to be booked out on our cruise as it is the prime spot and we never receive complain before regarding this because guests understands the ambience of the setting. In addition to this, as per our marketing and website, we informed that we are a cruise with live music and a dance floor for guest to enjoy a meal and dancing time after. If you would like a private setting we recommend you a different type of venue such as a fine dining restaurant or a restaurant with a private room. As the nature of a buffet setting restaurant /dinner cruise will all be similar type of ambience with many people walking around. With all this being said, we again hope you understand all the above. Best wishes, Waraporn Ribruamsap Public Relations Manager

It's was not a plan tour. Browse though Klook apps and found this is interesting. The 3 hours cruise tour, it was amazing and relaxing after a busy day of shopping spree. About S$44 per pax with international buffet dinner. The weather was cooling and windy. Took a picture of the beautiful night scenery of the Bangkok's famous landmarks bridge. There's a singing performance mostly old song which most Mums would love it. There a part for guest to join in the fun too. Overall, all of us enjoy the cruise tour and had a great time with our family.

The Chao Phraya is the heart of Bangkok. The river is where everything is happening. A dinner cruise along the river is must do. The Princess was affordable and the slow cruise along the river was stunning. The food was okay. The fight for food at the buffet was unbecoming. Even still, I wouldn't have missed the opportunity to sail down the river. The scenery and experience pushed this to a 4 star for me
