Just finished our tuk-tuk street food tour with excellent guide Jongkie! She was very knowledgeable of the area and food we were eating, she got us behind the scenes to see how a lot of the food was made and gave us good detail on all the ingredients used and how to eat like a local. The ride between venues in the tuk tuk was fun and a great experience, we also got to walk around the flower market which we weren't expecting but was interesting all the same. We did the tour as a couple but would equally be good for groups or families. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok.

We arrived at the meeting point having received a welcome letter delivered to our hotel room from the fabulous Jongkie, out tour guide. We spoke about to what food we liked and took sometime for Jongkie and to get to know us. We split into two TukTuks and Jongkie came with us as our personal guide. Without her, we would not have seen anything of what we saw and even eaten where did. After our second meal, (we ate in a tradition cafe style restaurant), Jongkie took us to the back street where we could see the meals being cooked. She explained cooking techniques and spoke freely. Out third stop was the first genuine street food seller, we all stood on the pavement eating mango and sticky rice amongst the chaos of Bangkok. We walked through China Town, saw all kinds of street stalls serving all kinds of treats, visited a large indoor market where the suppliers were selling their produce and then we visited the flower market. This is a very interactive tour, included a drink stop at a sky bar and finally another street restaurant stop. Our tuktuk driver safely returned us to the hotel. All in all, a great tour, Jongkie was a great host, friendly and an individual person. Highly recommend and thank you Jongkie.

My wife, 17 yr old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We ate at 3 different styles of restaurant some of which we might not have found or tried on our own and also saw behind the scenes. Great tutored guide to food and ingredients and effect on taste. Travelling by tuk tuk was fun. Added bonus was walk through Chinatown and flower market and nighttime views of Wat Arun and Grand Palace from rooftop bar. Cannot believe how much we packed in. Thanks especially to our superb and fun guide Khun Jongie.
