Explore Kanchanaburi’s harrowing past on 2-day, joint or private guided tour to Hellfire Pass and the Death Railway. Visit the region’s most important World War II sites: walk among the War Cemetery’s allied graves, then learn their stories at the Thailand-Burma Railway Center and the famous bridge across the River Kwai. Board a riverboat for Hellfire Pass, where POWs died in miserable conditions, then return to Thailand’s vivid, thriving present with an evening traditional dance presentation and a visit to a rural Mon tribal village.

I was part of a small group that wanted private cooking lessons on how to make traditional Thai cuisine. The day started with Angsana taking us to a local market where we bought all the ingredients for our dishes. Then, we went back to her home and had a great time learning from her. The instruction was extremely clear and comprehendible (even for the "non-cooks" in the group), and all of the food was some of the best food we had on our trip. If you have the chance, I would definitely recommend this experience!

Wife and I wanted to have some romantic time together doing something. This was perfect choice. Whole thing took 4 hours with pleasant relaxed pace. Trip to the market was interesting as much as cooking. Host was extremely nice, answered all our questions, gave simple directions and told interesting stories. We had quite a bit of freedom and space to enjoy ourselves, and we cooked great lunch in the end. We both enjoy cooking and this experience is probably something I’ll remember with warmth for rest of my life.

I have done many cooking classes in Thailand over the last 15 years and this was for sure one of the bests. If you go for a first or only cooking class, there are quite good and funny cooking schools but majorly you only learn how to cook Springrolls, a Curry or Curry paste and a soup. You're in a group and often you do not do everything by yourself! Here you can go for a One to One cooking class and learn a dish of your choice, but REALLY of your Choice as the list of Angsana is very long! I cannot imagine you want to cook a recipe that you cannot find on her website! Meeting point was well arranged! Nice cooking in her home environnement. Everything very clean! Mom was on a visit and learned us some tricks with her many years of experience in cooking for street sales! Ingredients very fresh and explanations well done! also a good follow up with the recipes! The market we first visited was one of the nicest I've ever seen (ON NUT) and I saw many. Why? because it was very clean and high end produce! If you really want to learn, ask questions and make it possible to do it all over again at home: Come to Angsana!

We were looking for a private class to learn the Thai dishes we have come to enjoy and reached out to Angsana. She really took us from the basics and we more or less cooked each dish ourselves. She is an excellent teacher and the dishes really turned out very well and delicious! And they turned out very doable too!

The private cooking class was one of the main highlights of our trip to Bangkok. Even before our arrival to Thailand, we started coordinating our session and making selection of the dishes to be prepared with Angsana. The experience of going to the local market to buy the cooking ingredients with a local expert is something unforgettable, as well as the entire authentic thai food preparation. Very enjoyable and highly recommended!
