Neighborhood: Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.

After traveling Thailand for close to two months, I was desperate to get back on my mat!

In Bangkok, Lullaby Yoga was just what I was looking for. Beautiful, clean facilities. Great yoga teacher that had tons of warm energy and led a great practice (I did an evening flow class; I usually practice Vinyasa Flow back in the states). First time was free, and even so, their prices were the lowest I found compared to other studios in Bangkok. I'm only staying in the city for a few more days, but I would have totally gotten their 5-class package, which makes each class even less expensive.

Added bonus: they supply good quality (sticky) yoga mats, blocks, straps and even towels! You just have to bring yourself!!

They also have lockers to store your things, if you're coming from a day of shopping/sightseeing. You can buy water at the front counter. Spa treatments are also available.

Tip: Bring your ID or passport! I didn't think about it (just bringing cash), but you do need to bring photo identification! Namaste! :)

I found Lullaby Yoga in the website. Actually, I try to find the calm place to practice yoga for the amateur. The website attracted me to see more information. After that day, I decided to visit the place at CRC Building, All Season Place on the 3rd floor. The front of the place is simple but clean with the warm welcome of the receptionist. She can speak English and well-provided information about the place. As I am an amateur, so I chose the beginner class. The attractive point of Lullaby Yoga is the cleanness, and professional teachers. The teacher can teach the student very well and I can feel easy to practice. It's good. After that, I often come here due to my office location is near Lullaby Yoga. I think you should experience here which is different from other yoga schools.

I went to Lullaby Yoga last month for my short visit in Bangkok and really enjoyed my practice there. They had both hot yoga and flow yoga, so I was happy that I can practice flow yoga there! The studio was cozy and very clean. I felt the teacher was very professional and I felt safe practicing with them! What a fun class! Thanks to Lullaby Yoga!

I filed a complaint about the number of towels a customer should receive. Days later, no one replies me after another reminder e-mail and a follow-up phone call. When I asked for the direct line of a supervisor, the reception refuses to give me any. However, when I send e-maills asking about promotion or activities that would generate money to the studio, replies come in less than 24 hours.

Regarding the teachers, they are friendly and helpful. They stay after classes to give you tips or advices.

This studio is suitable if you only need a few classes. Don't commit long-term with it. When problems arise, you will get only smiles, not solutions.

I have tried 3 classes with them, all with different instructor, and i have to say that so far this place id the best for me. As for a beginner here is what i am voted for this place.

5 points Location. Easy to get here and there are many things that can be done in this small mall.

3.5 points facilities : shower is ok, drinking is not free, very small changing room space.

3 points staff : they are very attentive, however their english is very poor.

5 points instructor : all of instructors that i have classes with, they all are very nice, kind spoken, attentive to their student, the best part as they are doing their best to adjust the student, as everyone of us have different level in yoga, also different as in body structure therefore it is really nice to have the instructor come around and advise / adjust our poses.

The studio room are not very big, each class i attended have about 6-7 students which is great, fit the space perfectly, also, i felt very peaceful while practicing yoga here and look forward to come back.

As i said above, i am a beginner, i have tried 6-7 studio in bangkok to find the one that i am comfortable with, this place is top on my list so far. I like it most because of their instructors, very attentive, kind spoken, also very respectful, and also very skilled! They make me feel i want to come back even for a difficult class.

When I came to this place there was a promotion for new customers 7 days unlimited yoga for free. I took two classes (focus and gentle flow) and both were very nice. Teachers explained well what to do and helped to get in the right position. The room was a bit hot but with the fan it was ok. I would recommend this place!

Nice place with relaxing atmosphere suitable for practicing Yoga. Qualify instructors and provide students with technique to improve their skill. All the instruction are done in English. I really enjoy both Vinyasa Yoga to help my Heath get stronger and Yin Yoga for healing . In addition is that Iyengar is great to have good and correct pose.

We were traveling in bangkok and happened to live in Conrad hotel. Lullaby yoga studio is 2 mins away and we just dropped in a few times for the class. Teachers there were really energetic and made the class fun. Mark was instructor for one of the classed we attend, we enjoyed his class a lot !

I am a regular yoga practioner.
I have visited a few different yoga studios, and finally settled myself down at Lullaby Yoga @Q-House Lumpini.
The first impression is Lullaby staffs who are very friendly and very helpful.
The payment is smooth, credit card is accpeptable for payment over 500 bht.

The second good point is its location, there are 2 branches, one at All Season, wireless road.
you can access by BTS to Ploenchit station, the other one is on 2nd floor Life Center, Q-House Lumpini, accessible by subway to Lumpini station.

Then, I love to practice with their hands-on experienced teachers, I learned many useful technics. The class variety and time schedule meet my expectations.
Their website is always up-to-date.
