Click2GoThailand arranged an excellent tour of Hellfire pass (plus train ride). Everything ran on time, good communication at the time of booking, the guide was able to get good seat reservations for the train ride (extra fee). The tour itself is definitely worth doing.

Booked for the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Chiang Mai last minute (The day before) and was able to get a spot confirmed whereas other places only had spots for the day after.

Got a really informative session on the elephants at the sanctuary and the guides/caretakers answered all questions to the best they could.
Got to fees the elephants bananas, understand how their weight and health is checked, get into the mud pool to clean them and walk them to the river to wash them up.
Lunch was provided.

We hired a car with a local driver to go to Doi Suthep and visit a tribal village - about 3.5 hours journey from Chiang Mai old city. It was drizzling throughout our journey, can't really see the full view of Chiang Mai when we are at Doi Suthep but can get an idea of how good the view can be.

The minority tribal village nearby is very interesting, try to go to the garden area (need to pay 10 Baht per pax), is a beautiful place to take photos. Need to do some walking in the village, but is manageable.

There are some small shops and cafe for a quick stopover, good to spend a little time discovering this place.

If you have half a day to spare, would suggest doing this excursion, especially if the weather is good.

I booked the tour the day before. It was easy to book; however, it was a little difficult paying with my Thai bank account because the instructions were confusing. Once the payment issue was taken care of, it was a smooth process. They were supposed to pick up between 08:00-08:30, but they arrive about 09:00. Now for the tour. It was amazing. I believe our tour guide was Micky and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and very organized. We liked every minute of the tour. I highly recommend it to family and friends.

I had a trip to Pai on Feb 8th. I really enjoyed my time in Pai. A good driver with picked up on time, tour guide Maxi was enthusiastic, helpful and extremely friendly. He always asked me about my health during the trip because I got carsick. And the tour is reasonably priced and good. Thank you so much for that day. I would certainly use this company again. Definitely recommend Click2GoThailand to you.

I booked 3 day tours at click2gothailand.com The first one, River Kwai with trekking, was a stellar experience. Although there were 4 of us in the van, I was the only client with the trekking option. Not only did I manage to do the full day tour as promised (museum, cemetery, train ride in morning; then after a good lunch, elephant ride and bamboo rafting), they decided to upgrade me to Erawan Falls, as that was where my other 3 travellers were all located. A great day, in spite of a few bruises from rocks at the Falls.
However, the other 2 day tours were definitely 'hit and miss'. The 1/2 day D. Suthep/Hmong will afternoon tour was cancelled, due to lack of clients (I did receive a full cash refund, the next day) and the Pai day tour started out poorly (fast driving up and around mountain roads led to motion sickness), but ended well with a visit to the Hot Spring, the star of the day tour, and a solid lunch at a local restaurant in Pai.
Their tours are very well priced, but the quality is a bit 'hit and miss'.

IMPORTANT

The driver was grumpy and drove like he was participating in the world rally championship.

We were at river kwai for an hour to take pictures. Then we were given a lunchbox with rice and chicken and a bottle of water. And of course this became cold on the tour to the national park.
But the Erawan falls are beautiful.

Click2GoThailand is the best team/company to choose if you want to explore Thailand. After our conference, we had just one day to explore Thailand. We had heard about Coral Island and were eager to explore it. We made a booking just the night before at 9:40 pm, and we were amazed by the very active chat responses for various questions we asked. We were quickly onboard with the plan. The trip consisted of a van with a 10-passenger limit, but even though we were only 3 passengers, the team was professional to stick to their policy and sent a van instead of a smaller car (4-seater category). The morning pickup was right at our doorstep (Novotel hotel, Silom).

The tour guide assigned for our trip, "Ms. Nissy," was very professional, sweet (she even took pictures for us), cooperative, and patient throughout the trip.

The entire trip included adventurous water activities such as parasailing, sea walking, jet skiing, and the banana boat ride.

Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks and best wishes to Nissy and the Click2GoThailand team. We will surely come back to you if we have any future plans to visit Thailand with friends and family. Good luck until then! Cheers....

Booked three tours with click 2 go, but went on two. This is due to being booked on the wrong day from the one requested. The lady who did this was very apologetic and we are still awaiting our refund.

Overall I would use their company again! My initial concern was this being a scam, which it isn't. And the tours are reasonably priced and good! Despite the booking mishap I would use click 2 go again and would recommend this to other people!

The driver pick up us from hotel on time and we were driven around Bangkok for an hour picking out more people. Then, after a stop of 5-10 minutes the trip in minivan to the River Kwai starts. The trip takes about 3 hours and once arrived the guide left us 30 min to walk on the bridge to take pictures, then back in the van for the trip to erawan. At the Erawan  park a short break for lunch(passable) and about 4 hours to enjoy the waterfall.
The minivan driver waited for us and dropped off back not at our hotel but in Khao San Road. A recommendable tour!
