The show was spectacular! well choreographed, dazzling and mesmerising.. 2 hours ended too fast. all the performers were fabulous! highly recommended. The night was ruined with the performers outside asking for money for photos and it was quite aggressive

Well I had a good laugh, it is a bit tacky but good for a night out. I was impressed with the bodies and boobs. Jealous much!. Well done Calypsians.
Sadly even though we had been lined up 30 minutes prior to the show, we were hurried in straight after the last show. Our 9pm show had started before everyone could be seated as there is not enough time to get every one out from the last show and the next show seated before starting. Another 15 minutes between shows would be beneficial.
I was looking for a bit more glamour and professionalism in the show. Still you don't get this in NZ so good to spend ONE night in Bangkok gong to Calypso.

The show is very fun and funny. This is a mixture of old and modern performance music It was fun to watch. Both of my daughters liked it as well and laughed all the day through. Finally, taking a picture with the actors. The staff are very helpful too

With a tour group we enjoyed a fabulous meal here with Thai dancers entertaining us and kindly posing for photos with us.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not see the show but saw the artistes pose for photos with the audience when the show was finished. The place is in amongst a huge market which was also great to walk around

We attended a ladyboy show in another city and decided to do a cabaret show in Bangkok. I highly recommend you spend your money at any other show because:
1. It was heavily choreographed and dancers visibly could not keep up - but the costumes were great.
2. The show lacked character, there was no passion or sense of humour it was like a school play.
3. Half the show was about other cultures. We’re visiting Thailand, we don’t want to see Indian, Greek, Korean and Japanese performances.
4. This is the number one reason we did not like the show - IT WAS VERY RACIST. They imitated Indian dancing, Korean, Greek dancing and then MADE FUN of Japanese culture. This was excruciating to watch, and there were Indian people in front of us that shook their heads and got up and left. I suggest you find a ladyboy show in another city that’s authentic, humorous and fun to watch. This was a waste of 50$ a person.

This is a decent show and well organized and the artists (Lady Boys are prettier than |Girls perhaps) are talented and wear lovely costumes...Can visit with children also because there is no nudity.
The one thing that we did not like was the waiter serving our table who was very rude and did not care to take drinks orders in spite of repeated calls. They should not hire useless guys like that for a service job.

Four of us decided to go to see the show as we had heard so much about it. We were not dissapointed as the show was brilliant. The music ,singing and dancing were superb. The whole show was very entertaining and well worth the money. After the show you can get your photo taken with some of the cast with your own phone. You just have to give them a few bhatt whichgives you something to look back on.

We paid just for the ticket to see the show without a meal, and we were glad we came here. The show itself is very cheesy not nonetheless we really enjoyed it! If anything it’s a good laugh and the lady boys give it everything they’ve got. All in all a great 1 hour spent!

Dinner first at Well Done and then to the Calypso Theater performance. We could have arrived early and had set menu dinner at the theater. We ate at one of the local
restaurants instead. We did enjoy the performance and had an opportunity to meet the caste after the show.

Truly a terrible experience. They wouldn't let me in because I didn't buy a ticket at their box office. But my friend had purchased a ticket through Expedia! Staff was so rude and unhelpful.

Is it worth booking the dinner with the show and how much are drinks?

I would skip the dinner, as there are so many great places to eat in Bangkok. Drinks were not expensive. One drink is included with the show ticket. Dollar for dollar, about $30-35 US, this show is definitely worth the cost.
