This team is the best team for traveling with.. Mr. Shawn is very kind and helpful. He guided me so beautifully I can't explain. He is the best person for me. I would suggest each and every one to feel free for booking with Pattaya Sightseeing company. They are best n cheap.

Hello friends..I visited bangkok and pattaya for 6 nights.I did hotel booking on my own but for local sight seeing,I booked on pattayasightseeing.com.For your info I had to pay 50 pcnt of totol booking amount in India rest 50 pcnt I was charged after 4 days in bangkok.Initially I was worried to paythe money to this local venture but it was really worth.
Mr.Shawn who runs this company was very promising guy.Each and every pickup and all arrangements at all shows were taken care of nicely.They really give you best bookings at cheaper rates as compare to i dian companies .
Whole team is trustworthy.They are real professional guys and were always available on phone and watsapp during entire journey.
Without any hesitation I give full marks to them.
Just a advise do not call them again and again for silly questions.They are direct and professional in communixation.All things will be in place ,as you follow your voucher instructions...Big thanks to Mr shawn,ms. Sunny who took good care of my family...All vehicular arrangements were also very good and on time.....

On Arrival we were demanded to pay 50000 Baht for a group of 5 people. Which we Paid. Next day No one showed up at hotel, when we called 100s of times no one picked. 100% Cheater. DO NOT ENGAGE

Dont ever book with them... liers , cheaters... specially Mr Shawn... he is irresponsible, big cheater... we booked hotels, sightseeing...complete package from India and paid online payment well in advance... to the shock... one day before departure from India.. we received a call that they cant book hotel for which we paid then with no option left we agreed to change the hotel and after reaching pattaya we were shocked again that they have booked one room out of 02 rooms booked in one hotel and another in other hotel... and that too for one day... and we booked for 03 days... Mr shawn stopped replying on phone and even not responded to messages... by the grace of God the driver was very nice he helped us getting ours problem solved to the best he can... but ours rooms was in two different hotels... same way there's was lots of problems in Bangkok trip too...
In short ... dont ever book through them... they are just cheaters and fraud ...specially the guy named Shawn

I was afraid to book my package with local Thailand agent in the beginning,but later I read interesting and good reviews for Mr Shuan(Pattayasightseeing.com).
I planned my itenery myself in advance and it was very well materialized by My Shuan(Hats off to him).All tours were very well organized by him with perfect timings and great price.He also called twice everyday to check if we are comfortable or not,I really appreciate his gesture.
I would and have already recommended him to other freinds of mine for their upcoming trip to Thailand.My sincere thanks & regards for Mr.Shuan👏👍☺

Hello everyone,
This is my experience I am sharing to save my tourist like me who save their hard earned money to roam around the world.
This company called Erawan international corporation handling website called Pattaya sightseeing providing exciting offers initially ask to pay full money in advance to render the services few months ego and then. They have hired few extremely fraud managers Momo and 🦈, who can screw your entire travel dreams and turn that into nightmare. Shark never responded to my call and Mr. Momo who himself think he is a CEO and founder of the company. Let me tell you about few precious words about him. He is the golden charm of the company. Threaten us to pay more money for the services we have already paid and also scolded us to arrange our own taxi to eat dinner buffet which was already included in our itinerary, because he is aware that we are tourist from different country, so he can behave the way he wants. If you can read this mr. Momo open your ears and listen we have asked for the services we have paid by our hard earned money not asking part of salary to spent on us. He is aware about the fact that we are coming on arrival visa. Already communicated that it will take time till 9 am to 9:30 am. But still he forced us to pay more money to the driver. Never responded schedule changes on time. Some times before one hour some times after 2 hours. We were vacation not on war, so that every morning we will awake up early and wait hours in the hotel lobby. Poor communication and weirdest response. Please if any reading this review. Please save your money and go for some other websites like klook or others or roam individually better contact to your hotel. These people will just take your money and make the entire trip nothing but a disaster.
Please select their services at your own risk. There is everything fraud.
Be smart and stay safe.

Hi, I had booked my travel for February 2019. Out of several tours, My Ayutthaya tour was worst as we were not picked up from hotel. A new cab was arranged for us which took us on worst trip. He started at 10 from Bangkok and we spent only 2 hours in Ayutthaya. While returning I had a discussion with customer services of Pattaya Sightseeing, they promised that they would initiate a refund for that trip. They also offered that I can have a lunch or dinner from their side which I refused saying that I do not wish to have extra expenditure from their side. I wanted only refund. Despite many reminders over Whatsapp and emails I am still awaiting for the refund. Please let me know how much more time does it take to get the refund. Or it was just a fraud or false promise which was made to me. Should I trust them for our next trip or not?

Yes you can get refund or entice them into refunding one on next trip. Important is you should have contact of the main person.
