The area
Address
Neighborhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

Traditional Thai

This is a very clean, very professional spa. The prices are in line with other spa/massage businesses. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The staff is professionally trained and the massages are very good. Very pleased with the quality of the massage.

Hot stone massage - don’t bother
Aug 2019
Hot stone massage is pricey and not good. Save your money and time. Perhaps the traditional thai massages are better - but didn’t try.

Too Hot to Handle
May 2019 • Friends
Horrible place. I went here because I wanted a hot stone massage. Well they have a
big booklet of massages....and only one overly priced hot stone massage around $60 which is ridiculously priced in Thailand (I have had plenty of massages in Bangkok and at most paid $20 or less). I also requested a man and was told the man can only do regular massages and not a hot stone massage. Again, how is the place named Hot Stone Spa and they have minimal employees who can do a hot stone massage! I opted for a 60 minute massage with a male. My friend walked in after I picked my massage and said he was going to get one too. The lady asked us if we were a couple and we both said no. Then she asked did I want to go up in a room with him. I again said no.
So she took me into another building and up the elevator to another floor. My massage therapist met me (he wasn't very friendly). He just pointed to a chair and washed my feet. Then he had me follow him to a room. The first 10 minutes of the massage was great, I needed the relaxation. But then, she bought my male friend into the same room. The room was nice and quiet, but my friend was too much for her because she turned the air on full blast and it was so loud it sounded like static! I asked my masseuse to stop the noise. He said something to the lady in Thai and she mumbled something back and lowered it. But that static noise was so annoying I could not relax. So I told him again to turn it off and she yelled something back. I ended up just ending the massage after 30 minutes because it was stressing me out just hearing that. Then they had the nerve to charge me full price. I did give my masseuse a tip because he was actually doing a good job and it wasn't his fault. He would've gotten more had he finished though.

My friend after he came out told me he had no idea why they put us in the same room. He also said his masseuse turned the air on because she was sweating all over him because the massage was too much for her to do. He is an average size American guy about 6 feet and maybe 170 pounds. He said she was breathing all hard and had to keep a towel around her neck to catch the sweat falling from her face. He also said he was cold from having the cold air blast on him from her uncomfortableness.

Needless to say we both had uncomfortable massages here. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

Had a massage the day before at Bai Po Massage around the corner. They were not only way better, they were a lot cheaper!

They do what they want.. i asked for 90 minutes foot reflexology, got less then an hour of foot massage, nothing about reflexology (so don't call it foot reflexology!) And another nearly half an hour of head/shoulder/back massage.. highly disappointed!
Not what i asked for and less time, highly disappointed!
You can't say much to the front desk because the lady who gave you the massage standing next to you.
Such a shame for me :-(

Professional and relaxing spa
Feb 2019 • Couples
We’ve tried a few spas during our stay and this place was the most professional and relaxing by far, had a few massages there. Compared to other places in the area, Hot Stone Spa‘s ambiance is relaxing, it’s very clean and all treatments we had were absolutely professional. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent foot massage (Reflexology)

A reasonably priced, clean, professional place. The staff is very helpful and polite. The language was a little barrier with treatment personal However once again it was a very comfortable place and while I am here in Bangkok I look forward to go back again.

The real deal but not for feint-hearted
Feb 2019 • Solo
I came here looking for a genuine Thai full body deep-tissue massage, rather than some dodgy rub & tug. I chose this place because I saw couples walking in. I was not disappointed. It was quite a funny situation where I was expecting something relaxing and in fact the mature lady massaging me kicked off my nearly breaking my neck. I was laughing because I think I’d have cried otherwise. She really got in and attacked those knots. A few yelps later and I walked out a new man.
