We found Destination Services at Ramada Plaza Hotel, Bangkok where we were staying 3 nights ahead before we join our Group Tour. Based on what we wanted to see, Ken offered the Canal tour, etc for which we availed of the Private Tour.
We enjoyed every minute of the tour that Ken recommended. After that, we always approached him on his desk everyday for some other things to do on our own. He was so accommodating, sincerely and genuinely listen to our preferences, sights that we wanted to see.
Ken has always been ready to check in on us everyday on how we did and always open for anything else we want to know. He patiently wrote every detail of what we needed to see and how to get there, where to eat, shop, etc. We highly recommend getting around Bangkok with his company, Destination Services of Bangkok. Can’t thank Ken enough for all his help that made our Bangkok stay memorable.

It was a pleasant drive to the hotel. The city looked daunting at night coming from the airport. The driver liked his breaks just a bit too much. Overall it was ok. With the driver not speaking much English, we couldn't ask much.

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. The city does look totally different between day and night. Two different experiences. Driving in Bangkok sometimes is a bit difficult and we have passed on the comments about using the breaks a bit too much to our fleet. thanks again for welcoming you. Regards, Pascal

Our guide Peng and driver were waiting for us on Arrival. On journey to hotel we were advised off pick up time as we were only there for 2 nights. On arriving at hotel Peng checked us in and got us a fabulous room with a great view . She also arranged evening river cruise for that night and an afternoon the next day as due to my mobility they were the best for me . Pick for departure was on time and guide saw us right to check in.

For me, this was all about seeing the city at night from the river. The buffet is ok. Our mistress of ceremonies was great. It was an enjoyable evening when you couple that with the great crew of folks seated near us.

My plan was about 2 hours late - they waited for me patiently and dropped me off at my destination. I would consider booking the return ride back to the airport ahead of time as the taxi service can cost you much more.

I actually went to Thailand for the first time to get breast implants. I went alone but I knew just one other American living there who I was close with. I was picked up at the airport (arrival/departure) taken to and from the airport and taken to a few places in between. My recovery was easy for me I didn't know many issues.

I booked 2 separate transfers and was immediately charged. The next day I was notified that they do not go to the hotel we were staying at. It has been one month and I am still waiting for credit.
But I learned the taxi service from the airport is so easy and less expensive and no need for a transfer service.

Met our greeter at designated spot, and waited about 5 minutes for driver. My wife and I were lucky and were the only ones on the wonderful mini bus. Definitely the way to go to avoid the can hassle at the airport.

The representative was waiting for us at The advised location at the airport, even though we took a little more time than expected to get through customs. Our driver took us through heavy peak-hour traffic with expertise.

We are five, and if we take a cap, its the same if we are one or five, but on trip advisor your price goes up from 2, to 5, from 100 kr to 550 kr. I expect thats a mistake.
We come in 2 feb with Lufthansa, needs to go to radisson suite, we are 5. Please revert with price, so we can use your service. Regards Steen .-)
we need to travel from BK to Hua Hin the 4'th, is that a service you offer?
Hi Steen, Sorry for the late reply, what we offer here is "join in" transfers hence the price goes up the more person there is. We also do provide transfers from airport and to Hua Hin but once again not offering it here...
