The area
Address
Neighborhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

    Compliment to Quan Spa staff
Dear Manager, Hope you are doing well, my name is Eric from Hong Kong. I sent this letter to you as an appreciation for the services from your staff - Ms Ploy and Ms Fang, we would like to give gratitude to her. On 17Dec, We had confirm a booking with GoWabi for 90 mins Bright & Shine (Body Scrub + Warm Aromatherapy Massage) at Quan Spa Marriott Marquis Queen’s park Hotel. However, don’t know where goes wrong, when We approach your reception and found GoWabi issued a wrong electronic eVouchers to me, and caused my wife so frustrated. At this moment Ms Ploy and Fang interfere the case and rendered the extra helping hands to solve the case professionally. This compliment is one of the greatest ways of really showing our gratitude. Poly and Fang make us feel IMPORTANT!  As a customer service provider, (I am a supervisor of Cathay Pacific Airways First Class Lounge), serve the customers from the heart is a major part of my job. and frankly speaking the hospitality service from Ploy and Fang make me felt well cared. Personalized, professional experience; 5-stars, would recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at Quan Spa (Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park) the past weekend with the 1-hr aromatherapy Thai oil massage treatment. It began with a delicate & rejuvenating footwash of kaffir lime slices, after which my very professional and knowledgeable therapist Pat launched into a treatment tailored to my body type and muscle/tendon responses. She also shared many useful bits of knowledge throughout the session. We chatted a bit, but by the end of the session, which concluded with some head acupressure, I felt so relaxed that I had fallen asleep. The rooms are lovely, equipped with a spacious shower and closet, and even a singing bowl. The welcome drinks and goodbye drinks are delicious, and the receptionists very polite as well. One of the highlights is also the nice scents and hot oil used during the treatment which include a mix of mint and olive oil. Definitely worth it if you're seeking a relaxing and professional spa experience in the heart of the city. I will be back to try their spa room with onsen (suitable for two persons).

An excellent spa for complete relaxation
I have been a regular at Quan Spa almost since the day the opened. I have had only positive experiences there. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. They always treat guests with respect and care. The massage therapists are very professional and courteous. They have obviously been well trained. I have suffered back and neck pain for many years and they have been able to alleviate the pain. They have genuine empathy and understand your requirements. The ambiance is very good and the rooms are comfortable abd large with en suite showers. I would highly recommend Quan for anyone. You will find the experience very relaxing.

    Amazing Thai Massage
I went to Quan for a Thai Heritage Massage and really enjoyed it. Without a doubt it is pricey compared to other massages in Bangkok. However, the place is clean, the staff very professional and the massage divine, so worth every penny.

    Nice ambience.
Spa is nice with friendly staff. Were served drinks and cold towel before treatment. Room was spacious with nice view as spa is located on the 23rd floor of the hotel. Massage was so so. Asked for soft to medium but it ranged from soft to hard and were not very even and symmetry. Asked to concentrate on back and stomach but in the end, the masseur did more on legs so why asked in the first place? Didn't fall asleep during the whole treatment cos not very enjoyable. Was not served drinks at the end of treatment. Other places do as you tend to feel thirsty after a session. Overall, disappointing experience as I expected a lot more for the price I paid as compared to the cheap and mid range massage centers.

    Best Massage Ever by Dear
I was a guest at Marriott Marquis Queen's Park and decided to go down for a massage. Spa was lovely, staff was so kind and attentive, and Dear did a great job with my 90 minute massage. I would highly recommend and might just come back again before the end of my stay. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality and professionalism of the massage. Very pleased!

    Heaven....
I visited Quan Spa twice during our 2 week stay and both times had the Thai massage. On arrival they give you a local traditional tea to cleanse you followed by a soothing warm foot bath with exotic flowers and rich oil. The massage was wonderful and you can choose between light, medium or hard pressure. Afterwards you have a hydrating tea with sugared fruits. Such a delight. Thank you Dear and Jane for providing a wonderful experience.

The therapist used a good technique i have never seen before. After course, it is like i charge my soul-battery 100%. LOL. I do not brag but you have to try. I was surprises again when bill come, just a thousand bath.. how come!! I absolutely will go back again.

Made an appointment for off-peak pampering. No doubt hotel spas are expensive and this one is no different. However I felt the massage was well worth the price.
The spa is beautiful and peaceful. After a warm welcome, a cold drink and a cold towel, I chose an aroma fusion massage for 90 minutes.
My therapist, Farah was very pleasant, kind and skillful. The room was beautiful, the temperature was just right and the bed is warmed and comfortable. There was a foot soak before the massage. Throughout the session, Farah made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just right.
After the massage, the staff offered a hot drink and a small platter of dried fruit. It was a lovely touch.
I did not stay at the Marriott but I am glad I took the trip down to Quan Spa for this lovely experience.
