We did the Thai Cooking with a Twist morning class. Alyssa was our guide. She spoke perfect English, answered all of our questions and made the experience so fun. The Thai food we made was the best we’ve ever tasted. Made 4 dishes over 4 hours which was a good amount. Also

Hi Josh, Thank you for your review. It was a fun class and experiences with you, Anna, and the other 4 participants. I hope you and Anna found the best place for your dinner at the end of the day. Thai Cooking with A Twist is quite different from other Thai cooking classes as we, the team of The Market Experience, have not only taught the basics of Thai cooking but also, the culture of the food through a walk in the market. We help the traveler to discover Thai culture with the cooking class and a visit to one of the oldest market in Bangkok, Pak Klong Talad, AKA YodPiman Flower market, where it might be best known as the 24-hour flower market that supplies much of the floral trade across Bangkok and elsewhere in Thailand, but Pak Khlong Talat market – located alongside Memorial Bridge on the Chaophraya river – also has a substantial fruit and vegetable selection that comes close to rivaling Bangkok’s biggest fresh market names like Khlong Toey. And despite recent efforts to close down ‘illegally’ operating stalls on the pavements around the main body of Pak Khlong Talat, those traders inside the market continue to operate. f you do cook at home, we would love to see photos so we can continue sharing your Thai cooking experience – send us them or tag us if you post them on social media ;) Once again, thanks for joining us. Regards Simon, Alyssa, Tum and The Market Experience Team

If you are looking for a Thai cooking class that will teach you the basics and is located in a unique setting, I strongly recommend this one. The chef is fluent in English and has a vast knowledge of Thai ingredients and cooking, but also of other cooking styles and ingredients.

We had a great experience! We notified them that we would be 30 minutes late and they were incredibly accommodating, letting us start late and teaching us for over the allotted hour’s time. It was fun, engaging, and we learned how to cook a couple dishes each. Would highly
