Clean place and lots of staff. Tonight I choose to have my nails polished, before flying back to Europe. You can have all kinds of treatments, from footmassage outside till massages and treatments inside... facials, gel nails etc. Professional staff. What I didn't like is I had to pay before the start...they call you litterally from the street and I... More

I popped into the salon for a deluxe pedicure, standard manicure and half hr foot reflexology. All treatments were of a good standard, although the topcoat they use for the manicure altered the colour of varnish, and no massage chairs. This is more expensive than other salons close by, however I chose Shewa as it appeared more hygienic and comfortable, and also offer credit... More

They take money before procedures and it's wise because otherwise I would not pay for what I got. I asked for Deep Tissue Swedish massage and it was a deep failure. Massagist was in a hurry, didn't wash my feet properly and kept them soapy, he did everything without feeling me at all, just repeating movements he learnt. I did... More

The massage and presentation is nice. Although the price is relatively higher than the other massage shop, it's really worth paying for. Only one thing is there is no two people room for couple. As a summary, Nice massage with reasonable price.

The lady hands were worse than a carpenter hands, I have told the management after stopping the session and they did nothing ... My advice after trying so many places in Thailand is not to even try it

Glad I found this spa with great reviews on Tripadvisor, as other spa's in the area seem to be a bit hit or miss. A bit more expensive than the other spa's in the area but definitely worth it. Went here for a wax and eyebrow tinting and both were done very professionally and by very friendly ladies. Will definitely... More

I ve been in Bangkok so many times and i ve always appreciated the relaxing cheap massages offered almost everywhere along khao san road, but this time at Shewa Spa it was really such an unpleasant experience! The boy was really demotivated in what he was doing and totally unskilled, unqualified and inexperience. I was also negatively impressed by how the... More

I came here today to get full legs, hollywood, and underarms waxed and my boyfriend got his back waxed. This was the first time getting waxed and it was much better than I was expecting. The girls were very nice and made sure to check if everything was alright. There was a high level of professionalism and the girls were... More

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighborhood Profile
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
