Ocean in Metropolis
Mar 2021
My friends and I were charmed by the beauty of the sea life. With the place's atmosphere and all those fish that idly swam by, I could feel the serenity of the ocean, which was very hard to find in Bangkok. The variety of marine species, from tiny clownfish to huge great white sharks, really pleased us. Colorful corals and swaying sea anemones were the beautiful backgrounds of the tanks. We saw a lot of invertebrates like exotic crustaceans and octopuses as well. I loved the interactive section in which the staff let tourists touch starfish and sea cucumbers. We also met some penguins and otters, and several amphibians and reptiles. The ticket price was high but reasonable for what I got. All in all, it was such an unforgettable experience.

Great aquarium in Bangkok
Apr 2021
We had trouble at the tickets office as we booked with klook BUT they wanted to charge extra as we we're nor Thai...........after they read my booking they allowed us in. Its a big aquarium and many things to see inside but we did this in an hour as its very quiet. We enjoyed the jellyfish area as this was illuminated.

Nice for Bangkok
Jan 2021 • Couples
At this time, it was pretty quiet so there were some “closed” in the place’s interactive things but it’s still great.

Worth a trip while it’s quiet
Dec 2020
We have been here a few times when we have visitors but as a lot of our plans were cancelled over Christmas due to a recent outbreak, we decided to visit again and so pleased we did. There were sadly only about 10 people in the whole place but this gave us up close views and also we were able to see the sharks and sting rays being fed.

Discriminatory pricing
Dec 2020 • Friends
They list much lower prices in Thai writing and charge nearly double the price in English.cleary an attempt to rip off non-Thais.it adds insult to the injury of paying so much to see a mediocre attraction. I wouldn't support such a sham attraction.

Don't become captivated by captivity, there is no beauty in stolen freedom. - unknown
Nov 2019
I went there & I regret it. The place is nice & the animals are magnificent as always. but seeing them trapped in these glass cages is awful & I hate it. Release these animals & only keep the ones that need urgent medical attention, then release them once their ok.
us humans don't need to have these animals in cages for any reason other than entertainment & I hate it. If you wanna see marine life, go diving, or go in a submarine. don't capture these creatures & put them in cages, regardless of which they're treated nicely or not. it's still bad.

Dual Pricing. Thais pay less than foreign tourists. Disgusting
Aug 2020
Why should I pay more than a Thai citizen for entering? Dual pricing is alive and well at this establishment.

I urge all foreigners to avoid visiting this tourist trap.

I will not go back.

Never again

Don't... Just don't... Is overpriced (1050 baht ~ 35 USD per person). You don't have so many things to see, a lot of aquariums are closed or without animal inside. In 30 minutes you finish the tour.
If you want to attend to any presentation, staff english is worse (you have more chances to understand thai language than english from them).
Please don't go there, better set your money on fire.
