Address
Neighborhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

- DansRyanHong Kong, China8 contributionsRelax environmentI have reserved the aromatic treatment and shuttle bus in advance through email while their response was fast. We have waited at the terminal 21 but the shuttle bus was finally late for at least 10 mins. The welcome staff were nice and willing to change the treatment room for us as the air-conditioner did not work very well. Overall the treatment and the second room were good. As we had the treatment before 11:00am, an early bird discount should be offered but the payment was not correct at first. The staff was willing to change the bill for us finally.Visited February 2020Written February 18, 2020

Having gone to several top rated spa in Bangkok, I must say I am very impressed with Divana, especially with Nan, who was my therapist, on her professionalism, skills, attentiveness, all that have blown me away. I’ll definitely be back at Divana if I’m back to Bangkok for food and spa. Price is on the high side but it’s great value for money. Highly recommended!Visited June 2022Traveled soloWritten June 10, 2022
- KnggHong Kong, China64 contributionsGood deal and nice treatmentsWe booked via their website and if you pay 2000baht deposit (for 2 person) when you book, they give you 20% off all treatments. We had the champagne mango spa journey which was on promotion and it was absolute fantastic. The environment was very nice as well. We got a couples room with our own toilet and shower. The ambience of the place was really good as well. We both felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment. We tried their divana virtue spa before as well. The divana nurture spa feels newer and facilities better than the Virtue one . Only one downside to their booking is that I tried contacting via email to reconfirm my booking but I did not receive any reply. But I easily reached them via phone when I arrived in Bangkok.Visited June 2017Traveled as a coupleWritten June 3, 2017

I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with Divana Nurture Spa. Their website said they were open and taking bookings after the restrictions on spas were lifted, so I booked it and made payment online. I received a confirmation email once booked.
I showed up for my appointment on the day and the gates were locked and shut. There was a sign on the entrance which said their restrictions would be lifting 5 days before the day I showed up. I called on multiple occasions on the day and afterwards. I’ve emailed. I’ve also sent messages on Instagram and have been ignored, despite the fact that the instagram has been posting stories afterwards. I am truly upset and disappointed at this experience as I’d heard good things about the spa beforehand but have just been completely ignored. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before and would strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you’re looking for a massage in Bangkok.

Divana used to be my favorite spa chain in Bangkok but my experience this time was just so-so, or somehow disappointing.
I tried their newly opened Divana N since it offered a shuttle from central embassy, which was just a stone’s throw from the hotel I stayed. The shuttle was a tuk-tuk, which was nice on the treatment day as it was a cool, bright day after several hours of heavy rain. It arrived right on the appointed time at the main entrance of Central Embassy.
Though nicely decorated, the AC vent of the reception area blew directly over some seats, which we avoided like the plague and we, four, had no choice but crammed ourselves into 2 chairs. This was quite far from the relaxing experience we have had at Divana previously. My favorite massage oil, ginger olive, was no longer available and this further added to my disappointment.
My couple Treatment room was well-appointed but AC vent, again, blew directly on my massage table and I had to tell my therapist to turn it off in the middle of my treatment. No music was played, which discounted the relaxation effect. I chose 120mins slumber serenity massage, which was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. I couldn’t identify the special massage techniques they claimed. I should have saved 600 baht and gone for aroma massage instead. Etiquette & manners of therapists was good though and they wouldn’t talk to each other as in Oasis Spa.
Online booking was easy but their confirmation, with a wrong treatment date, arrived more than 2 days after the booking. I even had to chase them up for getting that. Not a good sign.
Post-treatment mango sticky rice & tea were served about 10mins after we had come out, which was unusual. We asked for the transfer back to Central Embassy, a few minutes later, we were told to wait for another 15 mins. As we had a flight to catch, we asked them to call a taxi or Uber for us instead (they even didn’t offer to help). It was surprising to find out later that the tuk-tuk had broken down and was under emergency repair. I doubted if 15 mins was sufficient for the repair. They should have told their clients the truth so as to help them come up with the best decision. The management of this branch was quite messy.
The overall experience was not impressive. There are a handful of good spas at this price range in Bangkok, it probably will be my last time visiting Divana.

It's a wonderful experience and value for money. We have been to other massage/spa places during this trip but Divana just one of a kind. We love the fruit plates after the treatment too.

Every time when I visit Bangkok, I'd definitely go to Divana. The spa treatment is simply heavenly. The staff and service is superb. I had different treatments, I was never let down.
However, I think the online booking process and logistics can be improved. The website was not user-friendly. This time I booked online and paid in advance. I didn't get the confirmation, so I had to call and check. The staff was nice and spoke good English, however he didn't find my booking in the beginning, and I thought I called the wrong branch. After giving him the time of payment, then he found my information. If I didn't mention the time of payment, probably he would have missed my booking. Also, the shuttle service was below my expectation. It was a tricycle, and the driver was 25 minutes late for the pick up, so I along with other two customers had to wait. I called the store again, and was informed the driver would be late. It would be better if the store contacts the customer in advance.
Other than that, I'm always pleased and satisfied with the spa experience and service. Still highly recommended.

The spa therapist opened the door and talked to another staff while she was doing the treatment for me. She didn't try to cover my body before opening the door! It was totally unacceptable and I will never visit again even though the massage was indeed comfortable.

When arrived, the receptionists were so welcome and helpful. The therapists skills were excellent. The environment was relax. After the spa, there were fruit and tea for refill the empty body. I believe it would be great if I chose Thai message instead because the therapists seemed to be well trained for that.

It offers lots of choices of facial, spa and massage treatment. You could pick one with no doubt.
Hmmmm I tried the Thai massage but the pressure was not strong enough to suit my body at that time. I’d ask the therapist for pressing harder. But they were so professional and nice.
Beautiful place but it’s not quite easy to get there from BTS

i planned my trip to Bangkok, wishing to recharge myself due to high pressure from work back home. i booked their "Office Syndrome treatment" and had high expectations due to the pricing and past comments i searched on the internet. my experience was very disappointing, and ended up walking out more stressed than before.
i went with my mom and we booked a two people private room. the two masseuses were constantly talking to each other, i can constantly hear them opening and closing the door, moving things around the room... it was really disturbing and made it really difficult to relax. their technique was not up to standard and i cannot tell they spend extra attention on destressing my tenseness on my shoulder, head they way as they claim this treatment will focus on. i left the room really disappointed because i was planning to treat my mom to this spa wishing that me and her can have a memorable mom-daugher time, but she was disappointed too....
if you are considering Divana Nurture Spa, i urge you to re-think about it....

This place is lovely. From the moment you walk into the front gate, you feel transported out of busy bangkok into an oasis in the city.
All the staff i met are so nice, pleasant and smiling to cater to your needs. I called ahead of time and inquired about a few things. I was always answered politely and as completely as she could.
The spa facilities are excellent and all wonderfully decorated. Truly a sight to behold.
You will not be able to stop yourself from purchasing their lotion or oils, they all smell so wonderful.
Only point for improvement is the front desk. May i suggest you move out the paperwork in the back office? It was a bit cluttered but that doesn't really matter because your eyes are too busy looking at the wonderful lobby. Also, please put spa treatment details on website. I saw all the names but not detailed description on them. But maybe i missed where they were, so I'm not sure.
Overall an excellent experience. Do not miss a visit to this gorgeous spa.
It looks just as wonderful for real as in the website photos.
