There is a staff with very bad attitude. Also I was refused to get hotel discount because I checked out before I visited here. I stayed the hotel for one week and I feel heavily betrayed by this treatment. But spa was okay.

I can mid-day on a weekday. I did not make a reservation and the only availability for a Thai massage was 3+ hours after I arrived, so I opted to just do the onsen instead. I love visiting spas while traveling and this one was up there with the best! (The other onsens I visited in Bangkok are Yunomori and Panpuri Wellness, both great too). The check-in process was quick and easy from getting slippers & an onsen kit and finding my locker in the change room. The facilities are spacious and impeccably clean. There is a handy onsen guide on the wall with instructions for newbies. The women's onsen was beautiful with both indoor and outdoor areas. There are several baths with different properties, plus a steam room and sauna. There are great thoughtful details, for example, fresh towels in ice to cool off with after a steam. There are also benches and seating areas to take a break between hot/cold cycles. Large clocks in the onsen area make sure you don't miss your appointment if you did book a treatment. The toiletries in the shower area smell amazing and are for sale in the boutique. Once you are done in the wet area, you change into the PJ's they give you and head to the hot stone room, cooling off room and finally the relaxation room. The hot stone/cool room are unique to this onsen (Yunomori and Panpuri don't have this feature). The relaxation room is silent, except for people snoring as many fall asleep quickly from being so relaxed! There are plenty of towels, cups with lemon water, and staff around if you need anything. Don't forget to hang out in the reception area and try some of their coconut and mango cookies after you leave! Even if going just for the onsen, you can have a relaxing afternoon here for excellent value. If you want to save a few baht, you can purchase your entry on the gobwabi app. It is a 15 mins. walk from the Thonglor BTS station. The hotel also has a free shuttle/tuk tuk service, but I am not sure if it is only for hotel guests or if spa guests can use it.…

I booked a Heavenly Package (2hr Thai Massage & 45mins Foot Massage), arriving on time waited for 15mins to be served. Understood as that's peak. The lady massager was unprofessional, the skills was so poor and definitely no focus and no passion for her work at all. She even finished the massage before the package time. If I can score zero I would have done so but unfortunately it's not allowed. Not recommend to those who has expectation on service quality, absolutely not value for money.…
