Simple and small
Jul 2019 • Family
This is a small community Mall catering to the people living nearby. There isn’t much to see or do here. There are some restaurants and small shops.

The environment was rather peaceful and not much people. The plus point was there were lots of parking spots easily available.

For what?
Jul 2019
We went there to get a decent lunch. Traffic there wasn’t pleasant as it is in Bkk.. we went there parked out car, checked all floors without finding anything to eat, except expensive not trustable Japanese restaurants (We don’t eat Sashimi at restaurants that looks like they been empty too long). Left and had to pay 20 Thb. Scammers! It didn’t take more than 10 minutes all together.

Don't go out of your way.

Habito is a small mall designed to serve the local communities; I guess it does that fine but does not offer any compelling reason to visit if you are not already there. I was passing on my way back from the dental hospital and wanted something to eat. 150b for a small Japanese curry, not good value but it was ok. Don't take a trip out to visit!

Restaurants, bank, spa and convince shopping
Feb 2019
For those nearby, it's a terrific resource. We ate at 5 of the restaurants and enjoyed each (Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Sushi), found necessaries at the 7-11 (water, wine, milk, yogurt), used the bank's ATM to get Baht, and had a treatment at the facial spa. Don't expect a major shopping mall. It's a smallish, but excellent place. The facilities are attractive, well-maintained and clean.

the worst mall in the world
Dec 2018 • Friends
I mean that place should be demolished because there is no point to have that "mall" hardly any shop in there, restaurants overpriced, there is no point to get there as it far from anything, I went there yesterday to see the winter market, they dont know what a winter market is for!, mostly street thai overpriced food, loud music with performers who cant sing or dj playing a club music at winter market lol

Small neighborhood mall
Aug 2018 • Family
This is a small neighborhood mall with some dining outlets and retail shops catering to the residents within the compound.

It is rather quiet here but the mall has a lot of open space and greenery, which makes the place very pleasant.

Open air parking is easily available around the mall

Has potential
Aug 2018 • Couples
We visited here after our visit to the nearby Dental Hospital, which has recently relocated. Many of the shop spaces are empty, so it's difficult to judge whether it's a success or not. A more frequent visitor, (perhaps living in the nearby residences) could comment more fairly. We had lunch at one of the restaurants, which was fairly unforgettable, (I can't even remember the name), and the food was passable. Like all these developments, it will need proper and thorough maintenance, but already there appear to be signs that it isn't getting that, which is sad.

Nicely Designed Hub
Jul 2018
The restaurants here are over-priced, they seem to think they're in London/ New York.
I suggest finding local equivalents. Shop around.

Nice community mall
Jan 2018 • Couples
Tucked away from hustle and bustle of Bangkok, this small yet interesting mall has some nice places to spend quality time, few nice restaurants (both indoor and outdoor), cafe and decent organic grocery shop. Only downside is horrendously high parking fees.

Beautiful Mall with Good Views!
Nov 2017
We walked from the Onnut road to Habito in 10 minutes. The mall is beautiful and well maintained. The views on the third floor are wonderful. The shops and restaurants are nice.
