Reign Custom Tailors, was recommended to me by a friend who had several fantastic bespoke suits made by them. From the moment I booked my appointment to the first fitting they were always very understanding with my busy time frames and always went above and beyond to make sure I was treated in the highest standard even staying open longer than normal business hours. The whole process was very exciting and fun with the team. They are true professionals of their craft, so much so that I had several bespoke suits, and fitted shirts made. They even dropped off my suits at my hotel which, I cannot thank Reign Custom Tailors, enough they truly went above and beyond making the entire process unique from start to finish. I came across Reign Tailors prior to my trip to Bangkok. And from the beginning it was truly a remarkable experience. Firstly the professionalism of making sure my appointment was booked prior to arriving in Bangkok. The prompt replies over Instagram and WhatsApp (which no other tailor I have used in the past does) was immensely helpful. Nimarta who assisted me was an absolute gem. On arrival, I was welcomed by Roshan the sales manager and Mohan. Both of whom were very accommodating to what design I was after and style. Then came the choices of material that I could choose from. With such a massive selection, I was like a child in a candy store. What surprised me was, they were able to assist in pretty much any requests I had for my suits. From pocket styling, to the inner lining (which looks amazing), literally I could have requested anything and without hesitation they were able to assist. After measuring, selecting the fabrics and making sure everything was correct we set a date to come in for the first fitting. First fitting was such a breeze, with only minor adjustments and requests that were required from my side. With no objections the team was more then happy to accommodate and adjust. I came back literally 24 hours later and all of the concerns I had addressed were taken care of. Genuinely I cannot express how happy I am with the suits that I purchased and the custom shirts. They look fantastic, there products really do compete with those from Savile Row. Under the watchful eye of Mrs Rani, the owner, I would have no hesitation in recommending their products. Amazing quality at competitive pricing. Some things to note, it would be ideal to bring some suit shoes on your first fitting to make sure length is ok. And though the turn around time was so quick, please allow for a little time as these are not off the rack suits. They are tailored suits to each individual and hence require extra care. You want to make sure your bespoke suit fits you perfect. They do keep your measurements on hand so they can arrange for further suits to be made and shipped to your country. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was extremely pleased when leaving the store with my new suit and 2 buttoned shirts. Yet, the shirts fabric color and texture faded away after 3 months and couple of washings to the level they can not be used any longer. This was very disappointing as I really liked their style. The service I got at the store was excellent, yet truly sadly- I wont recommend spending money on this product quality.

I regularly go to Reign for small adjustments and their work is consistently timely and precise. Last month, I also had a women's suit made for a special event. I had an extremely specific style and color in mind, and they delivered phenomenally. I got so many compliments at the event :) In addition, the service at Reign is always professional, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend!

I first saw Reign's custom-tailored suit in my IG account. I was intrigued by it that when I was scheduled to visit my family in Asia, I couldn't miss the opportunity to have my own custom-tailored suit from Reign's. I flew to Bangkok in April 2023 and on my first day in BKK, I visited their location at the Silom Road. As per their promise, they were able to complete the suit in the span of just 4 working days. They even made it a point in delivering my suit to my hotel. Ravin and his crew were all very friendly and accommodating. The suits that I ordered (2 sets) fitted perfectly. I highly recommend them and my colleagues here in Saudi Arabia (where I work) couldn't stop from complementing my suit.

Great experience from start to finish. I came in Saturday evening and received great consulting as well as some cold drinks. They took my measurements and I told them, that I need it on Monday. Even in that little time they were able to fulfill my wish and I could pick up my custom suit on Monday, which fitted perfectly. Overall experience 10/10 would definetly come again.

Pre Great service from the team and were very accommodating. My friend and i landed late and couldn't make it for the original appointment slot. They were understanding and sloted us in the very next morning. During They were patient and answered every question we had as it was our first time doing a custom order. They took time to show us everything which helped us in deciding what we needed First fitting The suit came out better than expected and needed minimal changes, due to some last min changes we couldn't go down to collect the suits but they helped deliver it to our hotel directly. I just moved to Bangkok and realized that I didn't bring a suit, i came across these guys on social media so decided to give them a try for a tailored suit. The experience was flawless! It's run by a lovely family who offered me refreshments, excellent service and great conversation, the suit came out amazingly and the quality is impeccable! Definitely a staple in my wardrobe now.
