My husband and I visited this spa on our day of arrival in Bangkok as it’s located just 200m from our hotel. We bought Klook vouchers for the treatment. Prices are the same compared to booking directly. The advantage of booking with Klook is that we pay in our home currency. We arrived earlier than scheduled time but they had no issue accommodating us. Clean, bright and calming - that’s how I would describe the ambiance. We were quickly ushered into the treatment room. My husband had the Thai massage with hot compress, whilst i had a full body aromatherapy oil massage. 2 hours passed by so quickly! We were actually sad when the treatment ended. Our masseurs were fantastic. Hot tea and cookie were served after the treatment. After we left, I received a WhatsApp message from the spa with a picture of a coin pouch attached. They found it on the couch where my husband sat. I didn’t see the message until 2 hours later when I had wifi connection. My husband and I quickly headed back to the spa to collect it. Special thanks to Rochelle for the prompt communication. This spa left a very good impression due to their staff - from the lovely ladies at reception who speak fluent English and always ready with a smile to the masseurs who give fantastic service, as well as the honesty shown by those concerned who returned my husband’s coin pouch. We will definitely return when we visit Bangkok again!

My first time to try this spa and it was truly relaxing and pampered myself!

Its location was easy to find and I loved its interior design as it was so elegant and attention to detail as well as to create a soothing atmosphere preparing our body for spa treatment.

I tried a 210min Morning Shining Spirit package. It was really a full treatment pampering all over from head to toes.

It began with a floral foot cleansing, followed by nutritious hair spa and lemongrass body scrub. Then moved on to an aromatic warm oil massage and finished with a complimentary hydrating aloe vera facial treatment.

It was the same therapist to perform all treatments. I felt the therapist was courteous, friendly and attentive. Just one thing to note about the hair spa, it would make the hair a bit greasy after treatment. Better to shampoo a bit before leaving.

Also the spa is busy better book treatments in advance and save an electronic copy of email confirmation and show it to staff upon arrival.

In view of how much paying to this experience, it was simply worth it and I will recommend to others.

I came to Treasure Spa specially for the Shirodhara treatment (gently pouring liquids over the forehead). I got to know this treatment and was very interested in it when I was in Bali a while back (but I never had a chance due to numbers of reasons although I’ve been to Bali a few times) so I goggled it around before I headed to Bangkok this time. Yes Treasure Spa is one of the spas which provides this treatment and I asked for the 3-hr package. However this package only offered 30 mins of Shirodhara treatment (which I expected at least an hour or an half and a half), and the rest of it was a body scrub and a body massage. It’s very strange that they asked me to wash my hair and take a shower after my Shirodhara treatment and my body scrub (yes so it’s counted in my 3-hr package so you’d better not spend too much time on it lol). My hair was all wet and I went straight to my body massage which is weird in my culture (im sure in many cultures too) as we never let our hair wet like it because of the health issue. There was also no face wash or basic skincare products (I used their body wash to wash my face) so you’d better prepare yours if you plan to walk around afterward.

The environment is worth mentioning. Treasure Spa owns the whole building so you won’t miss it. There’s a nice restaurant next to it so you can stop by before/ after your massage. This spa’s so classy and relaxing where you’ll love it for sure! The refreshment’s fancy and tasty too! Apart from the issue I stated everything was a thumb up! I’ll definitely go back again but I’ll just give a try to another type of treatment.

Was in Bangkok last year and tried the Warm Rose package at this spa, loved the experience and reviewed it with a 5*. Was looking forward to the spa when I went to Bangkok again but this time, it was a really disappointing 2* experience.

I booked online and emailed to enquire whether can make a small change to 1 of the items, the package includes treatment for hands and feet (but it was more like arms and legs from last time), I was hoping to change it for my back instead. They replied and gave me the standard answer - cannot change anything in a package so I wrote back and insisted on it as I wasn't asking to add anything, simply switching parts, they finally agreed. Not off with particularly good customer service.

Requested for the staff that I had the last time as she was so professional but unfortunately she's no longer working there so they arranged someone else, I just assumed the staff is all trained to the same level and I guess there is where it went wrong.

The actual spa experience, the staff was courteous but there were a few major problems :
- Was not attentive, e.g. needed to head to the shower after they did the scrub and wax treatment, last time the staff helped me off the bed and got my slippers as I was slippery and there was cellophane film on the bed, this time I did so awkwardly myself without any help.
- Also I think they use heated stones for a part of the massage, the masseuse should check whether the stones are too hot, the staff just started straight away without checking, I yelped so made it clear they were too hot, every time she got fresh ones from the steamer, the same thing happened - repeatedly. It is really not that hard to either check or wait 30 secs or a min to let them cool down a little first;
- The massage was bad, how a massage at a spa of this calibre can be subpar is beyond me!! But I'm a massage addict and had over 200 massages, the thing about it is that when it's nice it's blissful, when it's not it's a bit of torture... which was how I felt this time. The good masseuse find all the knots and has to be precise in where they apply pressure, but the staff was just a little off where she massaged, like massaging right beside the sore places, bottom line she made me feel really uncomfortable during most of the massage;
- Then the last straw - the bubble bath, last time perfect water temperature, so much bubbles, enjoyed it so much and didn't want to get out even when the time was up. This time, the water was cool, not even lukewarm, it is not nice sitting in a tub of cool water!!! I tried adding some hot water but the tub is huge so it was not going to work, I gave up and got out after a few mins. As for bubbles, it was a joke, I have uploaded a comparison picture and think it says it all.

When I finished, they served the tea set and the manager came to ask me to fill out the feedback form, I felt that it was really quite bad so I told the manager the above. She did try to make things up by offering a spa set, I appreciate the gesture but frankly think this case really warrant a discount or a complimentary massage instead (although I probably would be hesitant to take the 2nd option for fear that it is going to be another uncomfortable experience).

Can't say I was relaxed at all after the spa, utter waste of 2.5 hours and THB3,000. They have really gone downhill a lot in less than a year and looks like I'm not the only one who felt this way.

The worst spa experience ever....
I have been to Bhaha spa, Oasis and Divana...this dpa experience is the worst...

1. NO GREETING from out therapist...no smile even...didnt ask my bf if the pressure is ok or not..no communication throughout.

2. Didnt show us where our bathrobe is or introduce us the room...EVEN TOLD US OUR PRE-massage shower time is counted in our treatment time..its non sense.

3. My treatment is Fresh Orient which they claimed included of foot soak..but i have received none...when I asked the receptionist, she said only clean our foot with towels but they skip this step even...directly do the massage for me...So expensive for this treatment but I received this service..

4. Every spa I went, the staff will be waiting for us outside after we changed our clothes and guide us for post treatment rest area..They were all gone when we left..and only provided us cookies ...which I think I can get some fruits at least by paying this price....

5. Overall, no service, no greetings, wasting our time and money by going here.... ruined our last spa exp in bkk!!!!!!! So angry

NEVER NEVER go here

Found this spa by chance in TripAdvisor and decide to reserved online after reading thru positive reviews.

Spa location is easy access which is just beside Hard Rock Cafe and nearby siam bts.

Staff service is warmth and attentive, love the french victorian interior which is great for photo or instagram.

Had enjoyed their great strong thai traditional herbal ball massage which made me fell asleep soundly after a while. Massuer took special care on my kneecap which had injured before.

Went in the morning with no crowd and they even have promotion for the early birds.

Will definitely visit this little gem again if I visit Thailand in future!

We tried an aromatherapy oil massage. Loved the clean and very pretty decor, courteous staff and excellent massage. It was very apparent that the therapist was well trained. The welcome drink and the after service drink was also very good. Overall, I had a great experience and came out of the therapy thoroughly relaxed!

I had been to this brand for several times in their Thonglo’s branch and first time here at Siam Square. The treatment in Thonglo was good but this Siam Square’s branch is just terrible. I had their Shirodhara treatment and add on which is over 5000 bahts.

Their service is below average in this branch, no one provide massage oil for me to choose, I have to help myself in the lobby.

I was arrived half hour earlier before my appointment and told the masseur I’ve to remove to my make up before treatment and it takes some time, she knock my door to rush me twice in 10 minutes, it was really annoyed me.

The masseur didn’t wear face mask during the treatment, I can smell her breath when I’m laying in bed.

The massage is not good at all, I feel headache when she is providing head massage.

I will not visit again.

Treated ourselves to the four hour couples spa session and it was a lovely experience. Therapist paid attention to the focus areas indicated in the form and worked hard to give a thorough massage. The same therapist then had the most delicate touch when it came to the facial treatment. Served with complimentary high tea at the end. Loved the entire experience - the place is beautiful, and easy to find around Siam Square, and the hospitable service from start to finish.
