Staying at a hotel nearby we saw it and were attracted by the fact it looked clean, professional and so it was, I had my gel manicure removed and then had a manicure and pedicure, it lasted about 1 hour and a half and I was satisfied with the end result, the staff was very professional and overall we had a good experience at this place.

We went twice during our stay in BKK wonderful device and very accommodating to requests. The masseurs and masseuses are kind and friendly. Extremely clean and relaxing ambiance. Complimentary tea after massage, as well.

Visited here twice, first occasion was for a foot massage and the second time upstairs for back, shoulder and neck massage.
The chairs downstairs are comfortable and the foot massage extended to the knee and also a small head and shoulder massage. Upstairs there are quite a few mattresses with curtains on the floor which can be curtained off. The area is kept very clean and all staff uniformed. Comfortably air conditioned. The neck, back shoulder massage was Thai style but concentrating on those areas.
After the massage, tea and sweet biscuits were offered.
Like many places in Thailand, shoes need to be removed before entering.

I came here for an hour long foot massage, it was excellent and was done by a lovely lady. So I returned for another hour long massage except this time I left really disappointed. The technique the lady used was generally poor (I got the impression she may have been a trainee?) and probably the worst I've experienced in Asia. It felt like she didn't know how to fill the time and couldn't think of what she should be doing next?
More annoyingly my massage was only 40 minutes long. After deliberating whether to say anything, I questioned it at reception and was met with an awful defensive attitude. "How do you know??" I was asked, I told her I sent messages when I connected to the wifi so I knew what time it started. It "was impossible", I was told, "it was one hour". She then offered to give me 5 more minutes of massage (no thanks!), so I asked if I could have some money back, again this was "impossible" and so I left.
Honestly, this place isn't cheaper than anywhere else so I wouldn't bother risking the quality of your massage. Just go elsewhere, you have lots of choice!

We came arround 21:10, we took 1h thai massage, i had a young girl... for me so far worst massage in thai, i usually like when it hurts a bit, but this was very weak... my girlfriend had an older women and she was satisfied, for me wasted money ... not recommending ... or if sou decide to go, look for older person ...

Having searched the locale for a decent and clean massage center, we chose Samsen.
Really... nothing special.. and I question how qualified the 'practitioner' was, as there was just lots of slip, slop, slap..really. Nothing particularly Therapeutic.
Price was same as everywhere else.

I had a pedicure, that barely lasted 20 Minutes, after that my feet were irregular bumpy lumpy. But that is not why I felt so uncomfortable. the girl looked around all the time while manipulating a blade.
I wouldn't say unfriendly, because she wouldn't speak to me, maybe she could not speak English, but she looked at me like Like I was something, her touch was harsh, she definitely did not like the job she was doing.

Great place to go for a foot massage. Place is air conditioned and staff are friendly and very professional . Good value too at 150 baht for half hour or 250 for full hour. They even finish off the foot massage with a short back massage and then offer you a cup of hot tea.

This pedicure was very minimalistic to say the least!! Whatever you get at home is better. I didn’t get a massage or any lotion with my service. I can’t believe they let me leave ashy and feet hurting. What was the point. I wasn’t looking for a whole 30 minute massage but something at least 5 mins!! The most they did was polish my nails. Then, I was NOT offered the same hot tea everyone else received! That was a rip off!!!

Very friendly ladies and a good Thai massage.
Prices are normal i think. Close tot Kkao San Road but much more quiet!
