Pink Chili is the best! Our host was Pimmy and she is a wonderful teacher. She did a great job explaining about all the ingredients, and then she taught us step by step how to use them in our cooking. We prepared four meals: Red Curry, Chicken Cashews, Pad Thai, and Mango Rice all cooked from scratch including steaming rice in a bamboo basket, making our own red curry paste, and stir-frying in a real wok! At the end we shared all our dishes for a delicious lunch. All was done in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you very much, Pimmy! If you are looking for a fun class and want to learn how to cook real Thai food look no further: Pink Chili is the best! Highly recommended! I'll be back! :) …

I loved it! From the shopping at the market, to the food selection and the actual cooking fun and the instructor. Will be back for seconds for sure!

I solo traveled to Bangkok and felt completely happy and safe with the group I joined in the class. Pimmy was very funny, nice, and an excellent cook! She took us to a traditional Thai market and showed us all around and let us shop a bit on our own before going to the cooking class studio. Everything was very organized, I would definitely join her class again and recommend her services to all visiting BKK!…

Apparently the directions for meet up are explained in text in some obscure part of the printed documents. I had read about it being at Pink Chili and mapped my way to their. Not alone one other person was inside waiting. We were escorted back toward the BTS station and met up with our hostess and the other 8 in our class- we then went to the market to see the ingredients and learn how to shop for these items. Interesting! The class was good and you get a printed handout for recipes, sometimes hard to understand language and ingredients. But overall a fantastic experience cooking with the wok, and making the curry paste! 2 more showed up late for 12 total- a manageable group.…

My friends and I took the Pink Chili Thai cooking class while visiting Bangkok. It was absolutely fabulous and Pimmy was the perfect tutor. We met up at the On Nut Station and went to the local market. Pimmy explained all the local ingredients to be used in our recipes, including handling the shrimps to determine which ones were fresh, the different herbs we would be using and fresh fish on the run. Then we went to a perfectly prepared and spotlessly clean kitchen where she had all the notes and recipes prepared. It was hands on cooking and Pimmy and her group taught us all the techniques. After we'd finished preparing the five different dishes, we got to eat all the food that we cooked, which was fantastic. My favorite was the chicken with cashews. I’m definitely cooking that Recipe since all the recipes were made available in a take away pamphlet. A great value for the money and a new adventure to include on every single vacation, local cuisine cooking. I can't recommend Pink Chilli highly enough!…
