Thanks to Jimmy for her wonderful guidance through the Thai cuisine. A fantastic green curry where we made and pounded our own curry paste from the freshest ingredients from Jimmy’s garden. Whipped up with coconut milk, basil and kaffir like, tender chicken pieces and Thai eggplant. Follows by Larb Moo Tord. Crispy and gentle spicy. Jimmy is great to mix stories and teaching and a good vibe. A wonderful experience in her cooking school. …

My brother and I completed this and luckily it was only us-so we got a private cooking class! She speaks perfect English and communication was not an issue. This class is very near the airport, I would highly recommend it! We made three dishes (a curry soup, eggplant salad and a pork stir fry) and they were unreal. The flavours were so fresh (we picked ingredients from her outside garden at the start of the tour), and the three dishes complimented one another perfectly. We learned regarding Thai food and culture associated with cooking, etc. Overall, it was completely worth it and I cannot recommend this tour highly enough! …

Review of: Thai Cooking Class
This is a perfect place to learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine in easy way. Our lovely teacher Jimmy took us to her beautiful garden explaining about some Thai herbs like galangal, holy basil etc. It was fun to pick up and sniff many fresh thai herbs and keep them for cook. We chose 3 dishes, Minced pork fried with basil (gaprao moo sap), Chicken soup with galangal (tom kha gai) and Papaya sald (som tum). Some ingredients & kitchen tools were ready for each of us so that we could concentrate to cook my own dishes:) Jimmy taught us so many tips of Thai cooking (even how to cut the lime reasonably or how to make a Thai styled plastic bag for left over!). That was easy & interesting, we enjoyed very yummy dishes cooked by ourselves. If you want to do some Thai special things, this friendly Thai cooking class at the beautiful greenery house is truly recommended! …

Review of: Thai Cooking Class
After arriving at Jimmy's, we went in her own garden for an explanation of everything there, to smell, touch and also harvest some leaves, herbs and lemons. Then we started with if needed al little help from Jimmy cutting and everything you need further for cooking. We followed 3 recipes. In the end, we finished with a more than delicious lunch. I didn't know that I could cook Thai cuisine! You can take the recipes home, so worth to try it at home. Jimmy is the best!…
