The area
Address
Neighborhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

Float out of Marble House
My well traveled firend took me to Marble House. He suggested we get the two hour oil massage for 900 thb. I agreed but I thought to myself I'll probably be wishing it was over after one hour. I couldn't have been more wrong. The two hours flew by and afterwards I felt like I was foating as we left. I've been back many times since. Stick with the hot oil massage, as the traditional Thai massage is not as enjoyable.

Excellent
The Thai massage by expert trained masseurs was the best I have had in ages. The right place in a country where there is no dearth of massage parlours along every street corner, search for a decent relaxing massage ends here - highly recommended.

Just opposite the Novotel - bang in the Siam square - not too far from the Siam and MBK shopping malls
