Getting to my hotel from the airport wasn't a big deal since they had taxis that you can easily locate, but it was the getting from the hotel to the airport that worried me. As I was searching online, I happened to come across Bangkokshuttle and it put my mind at ease. Our driver was prompt and was already waiting at our lobby at the given time with my name tag so we could identify him. He made sure to ask us about our flight and dropped us off at the right drop-off gate. Everything went smoothly and I'll definitely use Bangkokshuttle again the next time I visit Thailand!

Bangkokshuttle had been recommended and they did not disappoint. We booked four times with them on a trip to Hua Hin Thailand. The drivers all arrived early, we’re extremely courteous, and made all experiences with their service extraordinary. We would use Bangkokshuttle anytime we visit Thailand. I only wish I could use them in the US.

Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us in lobby at the time appointed. Very neatly dressed. Car very clean. He was an excellent driver in the very busy, heavy rainfall and flooded roads from Hua Hin to Bangkok airport. Strongly recommend.

We couldn’t be more pleased that we booked with Bangkok Shuttle. Even if our flight from Doha had been on time, we would have had a tight connection as we needed to transfer from BKK (the large international airport) to DMK (an old airport now used for smaller planes and regional connections.). And we needed to do this during morning rush hour.
The quote from Bangkok Shuttle was extremely reasonable. Our driver met us at the designated location, ready to roll. Even though our in-bound flight was an hour late (plus then immigration and customs), we made our onward flight from DMK.
Excellent service and communication. And some pretty nifty rush-hour driving. All thumbs up.

I've used Bangkok Shuttle almost 12 times now and couldn't be more pleased with the ease and reliability. On my last trip to Phuket, I used a different car service and it was a mistake. Please consider this business the next time you need safe and reliable transportation in clean vehicles with excellent customer support.

Due to year end, traffic was bad coming into the airport. Had to wait about 10mins for the driver to arrive. But the assistant at the airport were polite and kept updating about driver’s arrival.
When going back, we had to leave earlier than stated and they were able to accommodate by arriving earlier to pick us up. Drivers were professional. Car was clean.

We were a group on a photo tour. Bangkokshuttle did 2 transfers for us. I can say we had good communication, the buses was clean and in s good condition, the drivers arrived on time as was agreed. Definitely I will keep their contacts to use them for future services we need in Thailand.

Always use this company for transfers and they never disappoint. Arrive on time or early to pick up and drop off and drivers are friendly, easy to get hold of and they use good clean and comfortable vehicles

I was a little concerned since our flight was arriving around 11:30pm, but Bangkok shuttle had many solid reviews. We were a little behind schedule, but our driver (with sign) was waiting there for us at our meeting point. We made a total of 2 round trips between BKK and our hotels. The only time we had to wait for the driver was flying back to BKK from Phuket. Our flight was delayed almost an hour due to weather and we had to wait about 15 minutes at the airport for the driver to come back and pick us up. Even then, there was a Bangkok shuttle employee waiting with a sign for us at the meeting point. The service was excellent and the drivers were friendly. I would use them again and would recommend their services.
