Tour to Tha Kha Floating Market and Umbrella Market

Come with me on this trip to Samut Songkhram, and you'll not only see 1, but 2 iconic markets of Thailand in one day! Also, you'll get to visit Wat Bang Kung, one of the most unique temples in the area.

We'll start the trip by picking you up from your hotel in Bangkok, and we'll head to Maeklong Railway Market first. Here, you'll see vendors selling fresh produce right by the train tracks and packing hurriedly their goods to make way for the train, only to resume their services after the trains had left.

Next, we'll go to Tha Kha Floating market, one of the more "local" floating markets in the area with not many tourists. Ride the paddle boat along the canal to see the "real" local life. Best of all, we'll learn how to make coconut sugar the traditional way!

After having lunch, we'll visit Wat Bang Kung together to see the one-of-a-kind ordination hall. Believe it or not, the ordination hall is covered within the Banyan and Bodhi Tree!

Jump in a Time Machine & Explore Bangkok at Night

Let's avoid Bangkok heat & crowd and absorb sense of local! I will take you in a time machine to see Bangkok from the past to present!

Let's jump in!
* We'll take a private long-tailed boat along the canal which was dug 250 years ago during Thonburi (previous kingdom of Thailand) where locals used the canal to commute around the city.

* Visit a Flower Market, Thailand's largest wholesale flower market which opens 24 hours every day.

* We'll visit "Wat Pho" the first-class Royal temple, it was rebuilt by King Rama l, our first king of Bangkok kingdom (230 years ago). [Perfect time to visit, less heat, less people]

* Back to the present! Enjoy strolling around Khao San Road, the most lively street food in Thailand. Let me treat you my favorite local dish with chef's secret recipe!

Lastly! We'll have to say good bye here, I will help you get a taxi to send you back to your accommodation.

*Small group, no more than 8 people.

Local Floating Market & Boat Ride to an Orchid Farm

Want to explore the floating market in Bangkok but can't find any authentic ones?

Come with us and we'll show you Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market. This place isn't as crowded as Damnoen Saduak or Amphawa Floating Market but it's super local and isn't touristy at all. It's also a local's favorite place to hang out on the weekends. It's like a big market with tons of food vendors especially on land and a few boat vendors.

**If you know "Everybody Loves Raymond" you will know Philip Rosenthal. He visited here for an episode of "Somebody Feed Phil" on Netflix.

We'll first take a boat along the canal to a local temple and an orchid farm. Along the canal, you will enjoy the leafy scenery, local vibe, and the laid-back local life.

What's not to miss is FOOD! You'll be amazed by so many different Thai food and desserts. Don't worry if you have no idea what to eat. We'll recommend you the signatures and what you should not miss trying!

**Small Group, no more than 8 people
