Really happy in the afternoon to be able to play with elephants in the river in #SaiyokElephantSanctuary continue to feed the elephants, and finally, the elephants take a bath together by spraying water from their trunks.

The elephant here is very funny, just say in Thai he immediately obeys, like saying let's take a bath, then he walks a bath, then when I give him food, when I tell him to open his mouth he also opens his mouth to be fed, then the elephant who cares for them says why not say thanks? Say thanks! Then he ducked and said thanks in his own way (second slide). Here, everyone just talks and the elephants listen like a human!

Apparently, after bathing, the elephant must take the past to be sprayed to their bodies (the third slide) he said powder first, and the sand here is really different because there are like shining rays like that, he said here often found gold, and stones valuable for jewelry.

In the past, before I knew Thailand, I was closer to an elephant, then I didn't realize the elephant was beaten so I wanted to ride it until it bled. But the more I get to know Thailand the more close, the more I know it's not allowed! If you go to the same attractions, you support the elephants to be beaten. So, stop doing that.

Sara our tour guide was fantastic. I would highly recommend using this company for any tours. Great communication the whole way through and it's always so nice having someone who speaks english with you for tours as without them you do not get to fully understand the history and culture

We met Maitree at the BTS station and he brought us the floating market. We walked around the market first while waiting for our long tail boat. We then went through the klongs to another floating market and a temple. Then to an orchid farm. We saw many monitor lizards on the banks which was neat. Back to the market to get ingredients to make pad Thai and try a few things like Thai coffee. Maitree then brought us to his house where he taught us how to make our own pad Thai. YUmmm best pad Thai we had in Thailand! He brought us back to where we wanted to be dropped off in Bangkok.

We went on a day trip with TakeMeTour from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and absolutely loved it. It was a long but awesome day. Our guide Kiki was very friendly and helpful. His English was good and he adapted to our needs.

The temples were incredibly beautiful and the lunch was so delicious. It was one of the best Khao Soi’s we have ever had.

We didn’t only visit the famous temples like the blue and white one, we also visited one not many people know about. That was great!

This was the highlight of our trip to Bangkok. Prayuth was an excellent driver and guide. He even arrived a bit early for our hotel pickup. We began at the war cemetery and then the Bridge on the River Kwai. He brought us to a cave that had a temple and many shops and stalls that allowed us to do some shopping and take a rest room break with western style toilets. As a bonus, we saw wild monkeys. Then, onto Elephant Haven Thailand. We started with a buffet lunch. A staff member gave us an interesting talk with the history of the place, where the elephants came from, a lesson on the differences between Asian and African elephants. We walked to a mud pit and several of the elephants met us there. It was so fun to see them digging in the mud and spraying themselves with it. There were maybe a dozen guests and several got into the mud with them. Then we all walked down to the river where the elephants joined us in the water. Prayuth took our cell phones to be sure we had some great photos with the elephants. The animals were like big puppies enjoying all of the attention and massages from the guests. After that, we returned to the base area and fed the elephants watermelons and pineapple leaves. At the elephant sanctuary there is a place to change your clothes and hose yourselves off in private. Prayuth gave us a wonderful tour and even with the crazy traffic, we felt safe and confident in his driving. This is a must do tour, especially if you only have limited time in Bangkok.

We had a fantastic time on the tour, Arnon was really a part of our day and it was a pleasure to spend the time with him - he’s one of the loveliest people we’ve met! The tour itself was really interesting and we got to see some great sights as well as learn about the terrible sad history of the JEATH railway. We would thoroughly recommend this tour and Arnon - he made the day perfect, felt like he thought of everything.

Kanchanaburi is the province full of nature and the history during the World War II. We are also glad that you explored Thailand in the new shade behind the history and this made you think of many things. Should you visit Thailand in the future, we look forward to creating more enjoyable moments together with you and our local experts. Thank you! Customer Experience Manager TakeMeTour

An amazing and unforgettable experience! Nusara (and her husband Korn) made our trip to Bangkok seamless and incredibly memorable. My husband and I only had one full day in Bangkok. We had never been to Bangkok or Asia for that matter, so there was a lot we wanted to try and see in a short amount of time. We contacted TakemeTour to customize an individual itenerary in order to maximize our time and overall experience. It was the best decision we could have made! TakemeTour was incredibly responsive and very easy to to work to with. We were paired with Nusara for our tour. She immediately contacted us via e-mail to introduce herself, which made us feel very comfortable and confident with our decision of booking the tour. Nusara confirmed our itenerary and stated she would meet us in the lobby of our hotel at 7:30 and wished us safe travels. Through her e-mail communications we could tell she was a very polite and friendly and we looked forward to meeting her once we arrived in Bangkok.

There in our lobby promptly at 7:30 on Saturday morning Nusara greeted us with a big beautiful smile and "Swat de ka". Nusara speaks English very well, which was a tremendous help for my husband and I, because neither of us knew any Thai. However, that quickly changed thanks to Nusara! She walked us out to her car and introduced us to her husband Korn. He was just as friendly and welcoming as Nusara. Nusara stated that he was going to be driving us to each of the places that we wanted to see on our tour. This worked out beautifully! The traffic in Bangkok is crazy - the cars, trucks, buses, tuk tuks, motorbikes, pedistrians all zip around in what appears to be a totally unorganized and chaotic state yet we never witnessed any accidents - so obviously, they all know what they are doing. I just know I could never drive there and I've lived in New York and Chicago. Korn was able to navigate through the busy traffic and delivered us to each destination without any problem. This allowed Nusara to easily chat with us and help us learn a few key phrases in Thai during our car rides.

The car was immaculate and they provided us chilled bottle water and a Thailand tour book to enjoy during our ride. Nusara also gave us a delicious traditional Thai breakfast for those commuting to work. She explained that her parents make the breakfast to sell. It was incredibly flavorful and fun to learn what locals eat while commuting to work.

Our itenerary was incredibly full, but we never felt rushed at any of the sights. Korn dropped us off at the entry of each sight and Nusara would quickly and efficiently go and pick up our tickets. This alleviated all of the hassle of having to wait in line for tickets and navigating through the entry points. The way Nusara and Korn had everything organized made the trip so much more enjoyable for us. It was so seamless! Nusara took time to explain the history of the various sights we toured and provided plenty of time for photos and questions. She took numerous photos for us; which was really nice since it allowed both my husband and myself to be in the photos together. After almost 8 hours of sightseeing we parted ways. However, before the tour ended Nusara so graciously offerred to accompany my husband and myself to an evening show of the history of Thailand. The show looked phenomenal and it was so sweet of her to offer to go with us. If we weren't so exhausted from our travels from the US the day before and all of our sightseeing that morning and afternoon we would have definitely gone see it - hopefully, next time!

We can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Nusara and Korn. We would absolutely recommend Nusara to anyone looking to book a tour. You won't be disappointed. We consider our day spent sightseeing with Nusara and Korn as one of our fondest memories from our 14 day Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore trip!
