I am arriving at the end of my sandbox stay in before flying to Bangkok. Royal Vacation organised all the documentation for my COE application, sent me timely the hotel booking with shaba id, test booking, insurance, airport transfer. All worked fine to upload the documents myself for the COE issuance. Royal vacation team answered all my requests promptly by email and i sure would use them again. I can only recommend them to any visitors to Thailand in the current times, if needed they also apply for the COE on your behalf. Royal Vacation is herewith highly recommended to take the hassle away from all the paperwork to be done prior to travel. In the end their service fee is quite reasonable if comparing to book and organize everything alone with all the various actors involved

I am writing this review sat in my ASQ hotel Bella Pattaya.
I emailed Royal Vacation end of March 2021 and they replied very quickly with all the information I needed to get back to Thailand. I did look at doing it all myself but it looked like a minefield so I decided to employ their services. Thank God I did, I had my visa and all the documents required within 3 weeks! Fantastic communication throughout the process. At the last minute the Thai government changed the quarantine time to 14 days, (due to the 3rd wave) I was updated by Toon who was dealing with my application and within a few days I was issued with a new COE at no extra charge. If your planning to come to Thailand I would highly recommend you use Royal Vacation, their fee is very reasonable and the entire process is stress free.. 👍

I would like to share my experience with Royal. Our office colleagues (group of 5) travelled to Thailand (Bkk, Pattaya, Phuket) after booking our package through Royal. Starting from getting quotes, price negotiation, revising itinerary we didn't face any issues with them. They are highly cooperative and professional service. Their support started from the day we finalized the package and their payment process was also smooth. They guidance and support was there from the moment we started and returned back to our origin destination. The vehicle transfers (very clean vehicles), hotels and their services were at the top. Even after completing our trip, they are still in touch. Thanks to Lisa & Linrada for making us have a memorable trip.
I would highly recommend booking with Royal, to have a smooth and enjoyable trip (especially for family) which will be fully filled with great memories.

I had booked a but then I had to cancel because the Thai government had canceled the tet and go and here all the chaos began.
First they promise a refund within 3 weeks, then a month and they emailed me a fake refund which I obviously never received.
The emails are answered sporadically, the chat assistance does not help.
I was also made fun of, they had to keep 1000 baht from my money and magically, they can't tell me why, it became 2500.
They are not professional, be careful.

After paying in full for a 5 night package in Bangkok, including two airport transfers and 4 PCR tests, my girlfriend couldn't make the Thailand trip so one night, one airport transfer and two PCR tests were not used. The hotel agreed that I was due a refund and sent me an email to say they had refunded money to Royal Vacation for this.
Unfortunately after 8 weeks and several emails I have still heard nothing from Royal Vacation at all! Very quick to take your money but extremely poor when a refund is due by simply ignoring emails !

I used this company to take all the hassle and stress out of booking me in to the Phuket Sandbox scheme. Everything went as smooth as silk (apologies for the pin) They done everything for me 7nights bed and breakfast in a great hotel, private hire car from the airport, the Thailand pass, 2 PCR tests and the required insurance package and all for a very modest fee. They kept me informed all of the way as to how my package was progressing and even told me the name of the next person who was dealing with it so I would know who was sending me emails. I can’t recommend this company enough. 5stars from me and thank you for the very smooth and efficient way you perform your duties.

Excellent service. Used royal vacations 3 times recently to book a full package for entry into Thailand. Smooth, reliable, quick responses.
Current trip, our flight was cancelled whilst we were at connection airport, meaning we would arrive a day later than all our hotel bookings and thai pass etc stated.. Send an email, and within 45 minutes all required changes made, and new itinery recieved.. Excellent. Thank-you.

Was informed of Royal Vacation travel services by a friend who’d recently used them and said they were very good.As I was travelling to Thailand under Covid restrictions I decided to opt for the One Night Test & Go package which includes travel,accommodation,Thai Pass & the minimum US$50,000 travel insurance.The package came to just over BT10,000 which is probably a few thousand baht more expensive if you did it yourself but the hassle you save is more than worth the extra cost.
As soon as you decide which accommodation and pay for your package Royal Vacation staff are in contact immediately.They will ask you to forward passport and flight details and they do the rest.My initial accommodation confirmation came within the week and my Thai pass within two weeks.
To be fair everytime I asked a question they responded within 24 hours and were more than willing to help.Special thanks to Ms.Ree who kept me updated at regular intervals.
Good news I’m now in Thailand and tested negative on first PCR and awaiting 2nd PCR on Day 6 then fingers crossed I’m finally free.

They were really super helpful with the process, even tho the visa regulations were changing constantly, they made sure it was easy process for me, Toon and jang were available 24/7 to answer all of my questions.
Got helped with visa , coe, asq hotel reservation, and all the other things required.
Price is super cheap compared to other agency's , and service is high quality, would recommend to everyone.

It all boils down to what you have more of: time or money. I haven't got a lot of money, but I had no time at all (decided to go to Thailand after all, after recovering from the flu, 10 days prior to departure, at the end of the school semester, with lots of grading to do). If you plan 2 months ahead, and can afford the time to do your own booking for arrival PRC test, insurance purchase, and Thai Pass submission (ok, the SHA+ hotel bit is easy), then you may save USD 30, basically a rounding error next to the cost of flying to Thailand. I didn't feel that it was worth the hassle.
I had already dealt with Royal Vacation in the recent past, and so I was completely confident that they would take good care of my application and reservations. Everything worked smoothly again. I will definitely deal with this company again for my next booking for either Sandbox or Test & Go (when the latter resumes).

Your Payment has not reached our Bank account yet as you have used international bank transfer method (Which Takes longer than usual) . Once the amount reaches the Bank account we will Start the Process for you accordingly.

Hi,
I booked a 1 night SHA+ with Royal Vacation & sent them the relevant docs & I've not received confirmation, only confirmation of payment.
Emailed them twice & got the same msg twice....
They are processing it & will be in touch in due course.
Can't understand WHY they just can't send me my confirmation I require to do the Thai pass??
Has anyone had any dealings & how long for the docs to come through for a 1 day SHA booking?
