The tour guide just guides you from place to place and doesn't actually educate you. It only said floating market tour on this booking but they still brought us to the Rail Market and then to a wildlife zoo. We purposely avoided places like these due to the rampant amount of animal abuse that occurs. We were very upset that we were brought here without our knowledge. The floating market itself was fun and enjoyable.

We have to apologize for the said incident. Due to being outside the program without informing the company. Thank you for taking the time to report these issues so we can fix them and know about the inappropriate guide operations this time.

The long tail boat ride was very exciting and fun, though a bit scary esp if it seems like there maybe too many of you in the boat and heavy. The floating market experience is definitely one of a kind and the food being offered there are also very tasty and affordable.

Done numerous trips on this holiday in Bangkok Chiang Mai and Phuket This was by far the worst trip we have been on. Why is the ? Well the floating market was fine and interesting however the description of the trip included a visit to traditional Thai arts and crafts ie wood turning. Well we saw none of that instead we were taken to an elephant and tiger park. it was awful the tigers looked drugged up to the eye balls and the elephants like performing circus animals for me and my wife together with others on the tour it was a distressing experience When I contacted the tour company before writing the review they said that the content had changed and they would update the website The tour guide appeared to being paid by the elephant park for taking us there but I can’t prove that just saw her collecting money as she was leaving.

When I think of Thailand I think of floating markets and people selling stuff, and it was exactly that. The vendors are very pushy when it comes to getting you to buy their items. You will have to say no at least 3-5 times before they accept your answer. Overall it was a good cultural experience. Only thing we didn’t like was stopping at the elephant trek camp being that according to our itinerary we booked that was never mentioned. It was something we didn’t believe in supporting and made the end of the trip not so great as we were there an hour just sitting around.
