Biggest park I've been to yet, even though I'm sure there are bigger ones out there. It's quite relaxing and offers a lot of photo shoot opportunities.

It's also known as Si Cao. It's a little river. You will take a boat trip. Whole journey is about 30 minutes. Beautiful view. But long queue for ticket. Next to it it's a large temple. A great place for leisure.

Worth a visit- in the craziness that is Taiwan a place of quiet and respite to help you forget you are in the heart of a busy city

If you are an avid bird watcher and have not seen the black faced spoonbill, this is the best place to see them during the winter season when this migratory bird makes a stop in the marsh land around this area.

The Taijing National Park is not in everyone's itinerary but I recommend that it should be. This is in Tainan and on the outskirts of the city so travel by a charter car / taxi is the best option. When I went to see the...More

Anping District/ Annan District
Anping District is the area first developed in Taiwan.
It is also the key to Taiwan’s involvement in the
international community. The two famous historic

Eternal Golden Castle leave behind them the traces of
international trade made by various countries. Another
historic monument that stands the test of time is Tree
