Must see, must stay and Friendly accommodating Staff

We came a bit early for check in as they pick us up from our previous city hotel for a very reasonable price. The travel to the farm is an adventure itself as my kids was amazed how far off we were from the city. Our Driver/s going to and from the hotel were both friendly and were very tolerant to noisy inquisitive kids. When we get there we were given a special tour because we were two hours early. And I want to mention Roy our guide because he was great with both our kids and was very helpful through out our stay as he translated lunch and supper menus, ordered our lunch and supper for us and even translated almost everything we needed to have and know during our stay. The Kids loved the petting Zoo, the log lake house even if the beds were hard and during our first night was a bit itchy. Second night though they made sure that was gone! Food was good and a bit big for our size of family. But we loved it. We loved hiking around the woods even though we had to spray ourselves with mosquito repellent often. We loved watching the swans, ducks, turtles and feeding the fish by the lake. All in all a great vacation for families!

Outdoor fun for kids

We went in a group of 12, 4 adults and 8 kids age 7 to 16. We stayed 3 nights in the chalet styled rooms which is quite old and beds were very hard but still clean. Even though weather is cool but there were still some mosquitoes. Have to be prepared but they also sell insect repellent at the convenience store. We still had to pay the entrance charge even though we booked the rooms for 3 nights. Normal buffet breakfast is provided. Rides on the grassland cost NT30 and was less than a minute. Some didn't work but you can ask for a refund at the reception counter, no questions asked. Activities are animal feeding (there are deers, mouse deer, guinea pigs and rabbits at no charge and kids get to touch the animals), golfing (charge for renting of clubs at NT50 each, 60 golf balls in a basket came with the entrance fee), visiting the bird sanctuary and animal island, coy feeding, a small maze and rafting. We also paid for a BBQ lunch which of course had to BBQ the food ourselves but the staff helped to set the fire quickly. Very nice weather for BBQ and we enjoyed ourselves. Overall, relaxing atmosphere from our busy city life. However, the resort is far from the city so we had to pay NT1600 per taxi for a return trip to Tainan Garden night market (花园夜市).

Fun Farm Stay

Stayed for a night. Room are comfortable, well maintained and clean. Huge and bright room. Bed is comfortable. Lots of activity within the farm. There is a mini river that can row bamboo boats, a mini golf putting range, a mini zoo, a cute petting zoo and a mini bird park. The Farm itself is not huge but needs at least one full day to trully enjoy every part of it. lots of photo opportunities. The surroundings is well maintained and there is insect repellent provided in a small wooden hut around the farm. Staff around the farm are friendly, professional and helpful.

There is a restaurant within the farm that serves lunch and dinner. Its better to book the room together with the meals as it will be cheaper. There is also a few cafe around the farm to have a coffee break if needed. Breakfast served is delicious and fresh.

Great facility, very decent and gorgeous setting. All detail are well taken cared. Excellent customer service. Hope I could visit again soon.
