Tai Bo Fitness at Fit Zone Chiple Dhunga (close to UFO shop) Sunday - Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 pm Single classes with Appointment. Tai Bo is a total body fitness system that incorporates Martial Arts techniques such as kicks and punches to fast music. It is designed as a different type of aerobic and cardio workout concept which is focused on the soul, mind and body and so the benefits of Tai Bo are both physical and mental. It has been characterized as an excellent cardiovascular workout with very good distractions. Tai Bo is effective in toning and defining the body's musculature. It can also improve one's balance, flexibility, coordination and has cardiovascular benefits. This cardivascular benefits are a result of the dance moves added to the already high-energy workout. An hour long Tai Bo workout will burn 500 to 800 calories, compared with the 300 to 400 calories burned with a more conventional aerobic class.

Great class

I took classes with Eddy when I was visiting in Pokhara earlier this year and I can't but highly recommend. He is a great instructor and gives helpful techniques tips. The work out is really good and so are the stretches. Don't miss out on this great class!!!

Great Fun Exercise
Feb 2014 • Solo
Tai Bo Fitness at Jiva Cafe is a fun and easy way to do a bit of exercise while on holidays. Eddy keeps the class simple, covering the basics of both exercise and defence, so that everyone can enjoy the experience, but still enough variety for the long-term. Whether you can attend once while on passing through or are a regular living in Pokhara, this class is worth checking out.

A great fitness class
Feb 2014 • Solo
I have been doing Taebo with Eddy for three months now, 4 times a week (when I can!) and it's fantastic! There are currently about 7 of us in the class and Eddy takes great care of each and everyone of us, but also pushes us at the same time. he is careful of any injuries we may have from before, and gives us exercises to strengthen them. I feel much fitter, stronger and healthier for doing these classes and will continue to join them whilst I live in Pokhara as they are never boring! Thanks Eddy for running such a great class.

Great Workout
Oct 2013 • Friends
This is a great class for everyone. The teacher is fantastic and really makes sure we are pushing ourselves. I feel he is really committed to each and every student. I also love that he varies the work out so it never seems boring. It is a great way to start the day! 4 Times a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. If you are around Pokhara for a little while come and join a class. You can pay for a month or just individual classes. Thanks Eddie for helping me get in shape.
