I dropped in for an evening yoga class with Narayan while my mom got a massage from his wife Sarah. We both couldn't be happier with our experience. I've been lucky enough to practice yoga in many parts of the world, and Narayan is the real deal when it comes to yoga instructors. There are places offering yoga classes closer... More

I stayed for 3 nights with the family in this ashram and it was great. There were morning walks around the lake and temples from 7 to 8. Rooftop morning hatha yoga from 8 to 9:30 (simple and meditative). Breakfast was served at 10. They offer massages and colonics in the afternoon or they will help you book hikes or... More

I was invited for breakfast afterwards, and had a lovley meal and time with the whole family =) I am already looking forward to go back one day, and stay here! We did yoga on the rooftop... More

After an 18 day hike this was the perfect antidote. As well as yoga, meditation, massage, Reiki and a honey facial, we were welcomed into Narayan's family for a day of Tihar festival which was kind and memorable. If you are in Pokhara stay here.

I stayed here about two years ago and am very pleased to see this is still going! I stayed for around a week. We did yoga and meditation every morning, including mindful walking around the local area. The food was truly fantastic and if i went again i would love to do a cooking course. I enjoyed the yoga and... More

This family ashram lifestyle is lovely! The space is clean, private and in a great location... Family is welcoming and kind! Food is fantastic too! On site they offer Ayurveda body treatments. The yoga is about taking a gentle approach to connecting with the body, guru will offer a "harder" or "softer" to cater to your yoga needs.

I stayed with the family for just a few days. It was a great experience and I always felt very safe and at home. The daily morning walk and rooftop yoga classes were the perfect way to start and end the day. Narayan and his family are so kind and hospitable and the food is incredible! A definite must-do.

So, firstly I feel that we are going majorly against the norm and truthfully until I went to another yoga studio (after much convincing from my girlfriend due to a disappointing first yoga experience here) I thought that it was me that simply did not like yoga and therefore it was nothing to do with the teacher. The truth however... More

Dear friend, Thank you for you review. It will help us improve our project on a long run. We have always corrected us as we receive suggestions. Your suggestions are critical of the attentiveness of the teacher but reading through your comments anyone would confirm that you were not attentive during the class. You should have concentrated on the yoga... More

Me and a friend landed here by a matter of chance. From there, things fell wonderfully in place. We practiced yoga every day for 10 days. In the mornings, after an hour's walk, and in the afternoon before dusk. The food, most of which is grown in their garden, is particularly delicious, prepared by Narayan's kindly and warm-hearted wife, Sarah.... More
