Rapidrunner Expeditions organises, manages and runs whitewater adventure expeditions on the many varied rivers of Nepal. We specialise in making sure that your trip is tailored to your needs so that you will end your trip as much in love with the Nepalese rivers as we are. It was an amazing experience doing rafting with rapidrunner. They're very active throughout the trip. I really want to appreciate the effort of sourabh,Sandeep and there were one more person. They are really professionals and recommend you to raft with them and choose rapid runner for rafting.

Brilliant 4 day beginner kayak trip with Rapid Runners. The whole trip was very impressive - very experienced guides and safety crew, incredible food, camp set up for us each day. Top quality equipment and lots of spare stuff if any issues on the river. We felt very safe on the river even though we were far out of our comfort zone!! We had so much fun. Could not recommend highly enough and we will certainly be back next time we are in Nepal!

One of the best experiences I ever had!! Thank you Rapidrunner for this incredible opportunity to face the white waters of Nepal!! Ask for Mr Birendra he organized the whole experience on short notice and with great service. Nepal I'll be back for more rafting!!!

The 1/2 day whitewater rafting was enjoyable and the safety brief and equipment was up to scratch. My only warning to the company is don't get complacent. The guide, at the desk, never looked up from the laptop when we arrived, didn't say anything in the 37 minute wait at the office or the 35 minute wait in the bus while waiting for a group from a hotel to emerge. Yes you are highly rated but its the old adage, make every customer feel special, engage them. If you don't they may go elsewhere.

So its a shame to have to write a review like this but after being sold one thing and then another occurring, even after speaking to management on the phone to try and resolve it, I feel I need to advise others.
Basically the summary is we were sold a trip from Pokhara to Chitwan, door-to-door, via a little day and half rafting trip. It seemed perfect for us as we were heading to Chitwan and instead of a boring bus journey we'd get a bit of fun and sightseeing along the way.
The trip itself was OK. All 5 of us in the group agreed it was far from the best rafting experience we'd ever had (and certainly not the class 3.5 rapids we'd been told to expect) but all in all it was relaxing, a bit of exercise (due to having to paddle quite a lot as the river is quite low at the moment we were told) and some nice scenery.
The problem came at the end where we were told we were going to be put on a bus, and we said sure that is fine (even though it wasn't the agreement), but after waiting an 1.5hrs for a bus to come (and the companies van sitting there but refusing to transport us) I went to the trip leader and asked if we could please be taken by the company van as agreed before we left for the trip (or taxi if they didnt want to take us in the van) but was told no this wasn't possible.
I then asked to speaking to the owner/manager who sold us the trip and he was EXTREMELY rude in telling us we weren't sold a door-to-door trip (this is despite me reminding him my girlfriend and I went into the office twice and spoke directly to him to confirm this was this case prior to us even booking the trip) and he pretty much told me my girlfriend and I were liars and to get stuffed.
It was an extremely disappointing attitude and the craziest part is that if he had of been honest up front and told us we would take a bus at the end we probably would have booked the trip anyway. The problem was that because we were sold door-to-door we had organise things in Chitwan for that afternoon which we missed as a result of his dishonesty.

These guys know their stuff and through the thrilling journey down the river you'll always feel that you're in good hands. They expertly steer you through the turbulence and then you can jump off and swim in the calm stretches. For our overnight riverside camp they did everything - set up the tents, cooked the meals, entertained us and then packed it all up again in the morning before another exciting trip on the raft. Highly recommended.

This company is absolutely amazing! First off the raft guides and safety kyakers are not only very talented at what they do but also the funnest boys ever! Hard working and just great people, they make the experience combined with the hard waves! I highly recommend this company for te trip of a lifetime!

The staff were wonderful, great guides as well as cooks! The water in the Seti is so nice and warm, splashing wars were fun and not shocking. And then when we arrived back at the office, they provided the best milk coffee we've had in Nepal in the whole month we've been here! Thumbs up! :)

First time rafting , so as a total novice was a bit weary ..but with guides Safety instructions and Guidance it made the whole journey a thoroughly enjoyable experience without any fears as you knew you were in Safe hands.. I would definitely recommend Rapidrunner Expeditions..

I rafted the Upper Seti for a half day with River Runner Expeditions. The team was extremely skilled and knowledgeable, and also tons of fun! We were provided with thorough instructions and review. Each raft had a captain and two additional crew. And there were three excellent kayakers guiding our way. I felt safe and cared for as we glided through the non-stop rapids. What thrilling ride! It was completed with sandwiches and hot tea. Being from Colorado, USA, I can say this is a top notch company. I highly recommend a rafting trip with them.
