I did Annapurna base camp trek from 27 Feb to 4 Mar (including orine rest day that I requested). As a first time trekker, ABC trek is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It allowed me to immerse myself in the scenic nature and enjoy every passing moment. The trek is not only getting to the famed Annapurna base camp’s signpost. The magnificent mountains, gorgeous valleys, colorful villages, bird’s chirping, clean air, combine to form a satisfying sensory experiences. Life in the mountain villages is characterized by simplicity and modesty. The journey itself is always more than its destination.

We finished Annapurna base camp trek from 24 March to 3 April including Poonhill that we requested. Being as a Scuba diver rather than a trekker, ABC trek is not an easy trip for us. There are plenty of uphill and downhill, but somehow it’s worth it. We are lucky to see the sunrise in Poonhill, after Poonhill we separate with our parents and go different ways of our trips. Parents heading back to Pokhara and we keep going and luckily to see the beautiful mountains at ABC. The trek is accompanied by Ramesh, Bipson, Binod Dharel ,Sudip from Bold Himalaya. Ramesh (parents guide) is very passionate and take good care of mama, Bipson (parents porter) is young and cute, Binod (our guide) helps us to catch up on our schedules (because we are slow very day), Sudip is our porter he is very strong 💪

You will remain forever beholden to the scenery you see along your walk. This trek can be accomplished either on as few as 6 days or you can meander your way along the Himalayan foothills for up to 3 weeks. If you are acclimatized well, you can also helicopter in. The sights you see and the sounds you hear are heavenly. No wonder, Annapurna Base Camp ABC trek is popular the world over.

The most memorable trekking trip i have done with Overland Trek Nepal which is really wow. Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Trek is so rewarding in every aspect. I have done this Trip with Overland Trek Nepal Second Time because they are amazing, top level services they are providing, well trained local guide they have which makes me like I am with my family. May be i will come back for EBC Trek again someday. taking different trek every time allows different experiences. Highly recommended for travelers.
