This is my first family trip to Nepal, organize by Travelknot and was met with our guide Sapkota Dipak, very helpful and well known guide and very satisfied with his service while we are there. If I’m going back to Nepal i will definitely want Dipak as my guide, mountain guide or city tour guide he is very qualified.

If you scroll down you may see my review for the ABC trek in January. Yes, within the year I’m back to Nepal and went for another trekking trip with Dipak and Mountain Eye Treks. And just like last time, Dipak proved to be an excellent guide. He knows everything and takes care of everything. We only had to focus on where to put our feet (though sometimes Dipak even helped with that too). We always felt safe on the trail and relaxed after a day of laborious hiking. Some people we met on the way even asked me for his contact details, they were quite jealous with us for having such a thoughtful guide. So, if you are looking for a guide in Nepal, look no more! Mountain Eye Treks is the only way to go ;)

My partner and I were introduced to Dipak by some friends who had completed the Annapurna Base Camp trek. We could not believe the level of service which Dipak provides - he collected us from Pokhara airport and took us to our hotel - we then met him in the afternoon to go through the itinerary of the trek. on the day of the trek we were collected first thing and driven to the starting point. every day was incredible and different - the scenery changes constantly, as does the weather (we were fortunate to have great weather the whole journey). Mountain Eye Treks had everything sorted every day; Snacks for the trek, private accommodation in tea houses every evening and all food provided. We had the most amazing time on this trek and can put it all down to Dipak and Mountain Eye Treks for making it happen!!

My guide was Hari and we took the 4 days Poon hill circuit. It was so fun. He teached me how to slide down when it's slippery and totally snowy. He was very patient and showed me the Nepali things, so I'm absolutely thankful for it.

We are a group of 3 girls in late twenties, with no experience of multi-day hiking. We were very nervous about this trek, but God gave us Dipak. As our guide he was nothing but kind to us. He showed us the way, led our steps (literally), arranged everything on the way, and gave us information and knowledge both on Nepal in general and Annapurna range in particular, all the while making us very comfortable. We would have never made it without him. We hired one porter as well. His name is Raju (I hope I spelled his name correctly) and he too was very sweet, kind and took care of us very well. Thank you Dipak Oppa :) I will recommend your service to my friends, and hope when I come to Nepal again you will be my guide again!
