I chose Himalayan Mentor after I read the reviews in Trip Advisor. When you are traveling to remote places like the Himalayas you need to be sure that you choose the right agency and we definitely did it! Since the beginning, Kesh treat us very nicely and professionally, the price was by far the best price that we could get and the service exceeds our expectations. You cannot go wrong with this agency, give it a try and you will enjoy the Himalayas 100%. Ramesh, our guide, was a very experienced and customer oriented person, he spoke English very well and he was always open to do some changes to our itinerary. He has great knowledge about the Tiji festival, mountains and local culture. The jeep (Land Cruiser) was in perfect condition and we did not have a problem whatsoever. I do not hesitate to recommend the services provided by Kesh and Himalayan Mentor team, they are professional, customer oriented and experienced in what they do. I hope this review help someone to organise their holidays.

I highly recommend Himalayan Mentor, and especially the guide Raj!
Kesh was very kind, responsive, helpful and accommodating since we exchanged the first e-mail. His responses were always very quick and comprehensive and he helped us organise a 2 day trek to Namobuddha monastery as well as a private drive from Nagarkot to Kathmandu.
We did the 2 day trek with Raj who is a lovely and friendly guide, we had an amazing time with him and we learnt so many things from him. I totally recommend him for any trek/hike related activities. He even invited us to his place for lunch but unfortunately our schedule was too tight and we could not make it.
Himalayan Mentor may be a bit more expensive than other tour operators but their professionalism is excellent.

Myself and my wife visited Nepal in October and booked through Himalayan Mentor, with so many tour companies we looked through reviews and settled with Himalayan mentor.
Kesh was fantastic with the whole booking process as well as tailoring the trip for us to include the Everest view trek as well as a visit to Chitwan National Park.
Kesh sent a photo of the sign so we knew who and what to look for when we arrived at Kathmandu airport which was a big help!
Throughout the trekking section of our trip we were guided by Padam, he was fantastic company throughout the trip and his customer service was incredible but not at all forced. He made sure that my wife and I were always well fed, looked after, warm enough and in good health as well as sharing many laughs together.
all private car transfers had been organised well and we were even able to plan in a tour of Kathmandu within the final few days of our trip.
We would definitely recommend booking through Himalayan mentor and will be using them for future trips to Nepal

We had a 17 days tour in Nepal organized by Kesh from Himalayan Mentor services.
Kesh is a profesional, dedicated and patient tour orgneizer. He tailored for us a tour plan according to our specific needs and point of interest, selected good prices and quality accommodations, good guides, and careful drivers.
During the whole tour, he was in contact with us to make sure that everything was ok, updated the plan according to weather and road conditions, and took care of all וnexpected.
We highly recommend Himalayan Mentor services and thank Kesh for an exceptional experience at Nepal

I came to Nepal knowing nothing about how to get around or what would be the best trekking experience in my short time after business travel to Delhi. Kesh did a phenomenal job with a three day Everest View trek, from the moment I left the airport to accommodations in Kathmandu and an early morning flight to Lukla, then guide arrangements and the trek, lodging, and meals that followed. Everything was planned and prepared so seamlessly; I highly recommend Himalayan Mentor for anyone looking to visit this incredible country.

In October we did the Langtang trek, which was a good experience thanks to the excellent organization of Kesh and his choice of our guide and porter. At least for the ascent, we recommend the way via Sherpagaon. Parts of the route consist of passable tracks. We recommend taking a bus or taxi instead of walking in the dust of passing trucks. Our guide has reserved the best available accommodation for us along the whole route, for which we are very grateful.
We spent three days at Kyajin Gompa with excursions in the surrounding area. It was too little for us. Bring enough local cash. The exchange rate in Syabrubesi was abysmal.

Amazing tour company! Definitely recommend them if you need a private custom tour.
I contact them to create my own custom tour for 5 days. (For 3 women).contact the company thru WhatsApp and email they respond very quick! We even talk on WhatsApp made it easier to explain what we wanted. Kesh arrange everything we wanted, was very patient as we change a lot of things on the way. He was great at listening to us on what we wanted and recommended great places to go. The driver Nikoul was very nice, he drove very good felt super safe with him driving, he was very sweet too, he was helping my mom everywhere and walking with her and giving his hand for help when we walk. We also had a guide name Shiba for all 5 days with us, he is very knowledgeable knows all the history of the country and very nice guy we felt very comfortable with them, very safe and the tours was absolutely amazing!!! I would definitely recommend using this company if you travel to nepal, they will make sure to make you happy and do anything you want to do. 100% best tour company I had.

I visited Nepal in November 2022 and had an enjoyable trip organised by Himalayan Mentor. Kesh was very responsive and I was to customise the trip according to my requests. The tour guide Ramesh is very knowledgeable and resourceful. I would recommend Himalayan Mentor for those who wanted to visit Nepal.

Kes was super responsive to queries about the trek and itinerary. And Padam was a 5* tour guide throughout our 6 days' hiking from Lukla to Tengboche and back. The porters too were super friendly, making it a fantastic trip all round!

Himalayan Mentor was the best possible agency for our trip in upper mustang.
The organization was very efficient and precise, and Mr. Kesh helped us configure a trip that fully matched our needs and expectations.
Our guide Mr. Ramesh us been very attentive and helpful throughout the tour, giving insights on the local culture and helping out with all practical issues. The off-road driving was made easy and safe thanks to our driver Mr. Santosh.
All in all, they ensured we had a tremendous experience in such a remote and exciting region.
Totally recommended.
